Daniel Cowart, 20, and Paul Schlesselman, 18, self-described white supremacists, have been charged with plotting a “killing spree” against blacks and an assassination attempt on Sen. Barack Obama.
Both were charged with illegal possession of a sawed-off shotgun, conspiracy to rob a federally licensed gun dealer and making threats against a presidential candidate.
One law enforcement source said, “We take this very, very seriously but we see no evidence these guys have the ability or the wherewithal to pull off what they say they wanted to do.”
Senator Obama told voters on Monday that “we are one week away from changing America.” Delivering what his campaign billed as his “closing argument,” Obama told a crowd in Canton, Ohio, that “there’s so much at stake” in the week ahead.
In his speech, Senator Obama told voters that after twenty-one months and three debates, Senator McCain still has not been able to tell the American people a single major thing he’d do differently from George Bush when it comes to the economy. “We cannot let up for one day, one minute, or one second in this last week. Is Kelly Rowland about to put together a new album? After the disappointing sales of her sophomore effort, 2007’s flash in the pan Ms. Kelly, Rowland hightailed it overseas and gave interviews where she revealed that she was working on a third album.
Although I’m not mad at the song, I’m hoping that “Blaze” is something from the sessions Kelly held for Ms. Kelly because she can’t keep giving us this same sound, if she wants to remain relevant in the United States. So what do you think?
