I cannot wait to see the debate tonight. What I hate is everyone saying Joe Biden has to be careful and don’t be too hard on Sarah, because he will upset women across the country. Are you kidding me? It is a freaking debate. The point of a debate is one must convince the opponent that you are correct and he or she is incorrect. You do this by appearing confident, disproving the opponent’s point, and overpowering your opponent.

Sarah Palin aspires to hold the second most powerful postion in the USA and if God forbids McCain croaks she will be thrust in the most powerful position as president. Do you think Russia, Iran, or China gives a shit about her emotions? By these pundits saying this, only means that Sarah Palin is not ready to be the VP or president not because she can’t tell her ass from her elbow, but because she is woman. Point blank period.

Frankly, if this is the case then no woman should aspire to be leaders….

This is going to be an interesting debate. Both candidates have to defend their own positions as well as McCain’s and Obama’s. Palin has already flubbed more then once on her own views and damage control on her haven’t been very successful. She can’t think on her feet and must have moments of A.D.D. lol I think they realized they she was over prepped so maybe she will be more of herself and we’ll see something different then as of late.

Biden is known to be a pitbull and has to tone it down or he may insult the women voters esp the women who were for Clinton. It would do him well to maybe attack McCain’s position on policies via Palin and slip her up some more. He has his own history that includes plagarism, he also said in 07 Obama wasn’t ready to be President, in 02 he voted for intervention in Iraq so he will not go unscathed by Palin…

See, I cannot make this point without someone calling me a sexist. I am not a sexist, I was raised by a single mother so I have seen the strength of a woman. But be clear my mother could not be president of the United States. She could not hurt a soul.

My point is they make it seem like women needs to be treating with mittens. But if that’s the case, I keep all my mittens in the ktichen, so maybe women need to be there as well…lol. I am just joking.

This is just a debate and if women are wondering if Palin’s feelings will be hurt now, how do you think she’ll stack up when a super power country has a nuclear missile pointed at our heads. I don’t like this bailout one bit. Why does it help everyone but the ones that are paying for it? Complete foolishness. Anyway, people put your money in some gold, diamonds, or real estate because if this bill passes and then fails to do what they though it would, I’m sure the dollar won’t be worth much.

What? Some lady just bought a house for $1.25 online! Sigh, if you have a good chunk of money saved, you can purchase property with it. If you don’t want to buy property, then invest in gold or something that will always hold value. Why do you think the government is buying property? You need to watch them. If you don’t have any money, then it doesn’t apply to you.

Because there are so many foreclosures is exactly why it’s a good time to buy. If you are being foreclosed on then it doesn’t apply to you, but if you’re renting or just starting out then you may have a chance.

All I’m saying is watch the government. If they fuck up, you might as well roll your money up and smoke it because it won’t be worth anything.

The dollar is already not worth anything on the world market. Again, the greenback is MONOPOLY MONEY. America is claiming to boost an economy that is already finished with money that doesn’t exist. Regardless if you have “money”, now is not the time to be buying up real estate if folks can’t afford to buy them! I’m not sure if you’ve been reading or watching the news, but real people are losing their jobs & their savings. The folks that do have money ain’t gonna be in a rush to buy property. Any real estate that you (or anybody w/ money) bought could, and would be, on the market for months. Hell even years! Do you feel what I’m saying? Or do I need to explain?

The government is going to take back the only thing of appreciable value that they have left, that being the land. That’s what this whole real estate scandal is about. If you think that you’re going to jump on the real estate market while everything is at an all-time low with the belief that you will net major gains when the market “recovers”, think again.

What I was talking about early doesn’t apply to if the economy recovers. I’m talking about a situation of if IT DOES NOT RECOVER. If our money isn’t worth anything, what will you do to get what you need? Trade right? Let’s say you have a house or even just the land — maybe the house burned down or something. And I wanted to trade you some gold or something for the land you own. Do you see where I’m getting at?

Look, I always think about what I should do when in disaster. I just don’t want you to lose your money. So get a couple of things that you can trade. You don’t have to buy the property.
