Keri Hilson releases a video for her second single, “Return the Favor” featuring Timbaland. The single comes from Keri’s debut album, In A Perfect World…, slated to hit stores December 9th.
The clip was directed by Melina, who was responsible for Keri’s first single, “Energy,” as well as Solange’s “I Decided,” and also many of Beyonce’s anthology videos. Also, the video was choreographed by a good friend of mine, Sean Bankhead.

I like it! Well…I agree that the video is ripping off alot of other videos (no need to mention names) the only scene that really stuck out was the multiple mirror scene when she was in the pink dress…seen that b4. I think she is trying to duplicate the success of The Way I Are which is a smart move, but not sure if the song is catchy enough. Nonetheless she looks good in the vid, she is a natural beauty. Makeup is fierce for the scene in the pink dress. Not feeling the dance moves near the end, dancing in water with the chunky jewlery tho.

Someone needs to slap timbaland and tell him to allow Keri to do her. Fully. I don’t agree that she shouldn’t have a singing career, but maybe she should do a Kelis and make songs without trying to cater to the mainstream crowd. I see her as too credible to occupy the same spot as Beyonce and rhianna. EVERYTHING on the charts suck and real artists that are in charge of their music should be hoping that pop fans run towards them instead of the other way round.

Keri is pretty,can sing,but just doesn’t seem to have that it factor.I’m not really feeling her and it’s like the lyrics of this song reminds me of Nelly Furtado promiscuos girl but this song really songs.Keri I’m sorry hun,but you should continue to write songs and model or something useful.
