Seen Music perform last night (10-20-08) at The Birchmere in VA. He performed this song also. He mentioned DC was playing it on the radio, although I haven’t heard it yet (I don’t listen to much radio). Anyway, after he sung the song, I immediately liked it.
Big ups to Ashley Nicole, background singer who sung Mary’s part. Her vocals were on point. And Big ups to James Madison, I love the name and your voice is truly beautiful. It was a good show, first time seeing Music live. He has a much deeper voice than he portrays in songs. Oh yeah, love the alto (he reminds me of Prince).
And to my date, it was the last time and if u leave, it won’t make a difference.

Well said #44, The only CD’s I’ve every bought are Musiq’s. Dang near anything he puts out I love, love, love. Wasn’t feelin that “Radio” song too much I’m glad he’s back to his signature sound. Mary Go Round is a classic in my eyes. So funny a girlfriend of mine could not say the part he spelled out, we spent a whole road trip (Cali to TX) with her trying to get it!!!!! Fun Times
