The candidates are the ones in the spotlight making fools of themselves (and yes, they all have done it at one point or another); their wives don’t really matter at this point. SNL has been very fair in the fact that they have included both Presidential and both VP candidates in their skits.

No one said anything about liberals not being able to be attacked in the same way that conservatives are.
