He sounds like he learned his lesson but if I was a kid in this day and age I would be hard pressed to listen to anything TI has to say about violence, staying in school, etc. He is so not the poster child for any of that. But good for him if he’s really gotten the message that what he did was foolish and irresponsible; for himself, his not going anywhere baby mama and his six children.

I love how they chose to show the part of the show where he’s pumpin the air saying “need yo body wantcho body” right after they made the declaration that he had changed his life around! They could have done a better job than that for cryin out loud!! LOL.

But good for him. I think he’s actually in the perfect position to talk to kids- they respect him, but can also see what that train of thought can do.

TIP is great to talk to the kids. TI is the BIDNESS! This publicity relating to the gun charges have turned out to be a blessing in disguise. 1) He was able to find out that he had snitch(es) in his entourage; 2) he’s giving back to the community to speaking to teens, some of whom could very well be “at risk”; 3) brought him closer to spiritual growth; 4) shows his children that parents make mistakes but a real MAN will take responsibility for his actions and apologize; AND 5) speak intelligently during interviews whether TV and/or radio and NOT speak ill words about his baby mama’s accusations regarding child support!
