Pink and Beyonce gave the best performances last night. They looked great along with Queen Latifah and Alicia if she didn’t have so much foundation and that Indian thing on her face. I’m glad Alicia got some awards but those teeny boppers voting for Rihanna like robots over her, Mary and Mariah was a travesty. Something is wrong with young people today when they claim Rihanna as the best R&B/soul artist. She has no rhythm nor soul. Chick can barely walk and talk at the same time.

My Favorite performances were Leona Lewis and Neyo. Why? Because they can actually sing!!! Was it me, or did Beyonce’s performance look better on TV than everyone else. It seems as though the visuals were more crisp and brighter and the camera didn’t seem to be zooming in everywhere.

I liked Kanye’s performance too, but everyone else seemed blahh (Mariah, Bey, Rihanna, Jonas, Taylor, Alicia, etc)

Rihanna looked like a freaking walking doll last night and without any of that hideous makeup the Pussy Cat Dolls were wearing. As striking as Nicole is (striking, meaning her face catches your attention. Unlike most people I know, I don’t find her that beautiful) she was no match for Rihanna last night…her appearance, I mean. She was stunning to watch! I didn’t like her performance outfit, though…I’m over the leggings…and the eye patch was confusing…Because everyone did a medley, I think the audience was confused when her set ended…it seemed to end abruptly..and then because all the other pop music was upbeat, save for Pink’s performance, I think they expected something uptempo. I just don’t think she was that entertaining even if she did sound GREAT. And her dress was interesting…she looked gorgeous…gloves and all.
I didn’t like the Indian inspired thing on Alicia’s head…at all! It didn’t go with the dress and the earrings were distracting…

Beyonce looked a mess last night. The end. She didn’t even walk the red carpet. Somebody’s upset. And her body looked so bad…she should have covered her lumpy lower body (as Leona did and thankfully Mariah Carey) and had someone do a better job at making her hair sleek..the ponytail looked like it was set atop a frizzy mess. I actually really enjoyed the awards last night. Loved Neyo, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Christina, and Pink performances.
I thought everyone looked good for the most part and am I the only one who prayed through most of Beyonce’s performance that her boob wouldnt fall out. I think she caught it a few times. A.Keys- Decent. For those of you who may not listen to all kinds of music, Kathleen Battle is an opera singer. One of the best to ever do it…and she’s black too I might add! Sorry to say folks- A Keys is a great artist no doubt, but she’s boring live to me. Its sad when Latifah sounds better doing an A Keys song with A Keys on stage!!!

Bey- All hail the queen. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again….no one can do what she does!
