I loved majority of the performances and I enjoyed the awards show. Overall, I think Alicia Keys performance was the best. She always brings it with surprises and all. Ya gotta love it!!! Nick and Mariah, Chris and Rihanna are so cute together.

roflmaooooooooooooooooo BeYaki performed the tired video routine and messed up three times. She is tired and lame. Go away BeYaki. There is nothing interesting going on with your jacked up career.

Alicia and Neyo and Pink were great. Rihanna was interesting. She’s gonna be around for a long time because she stealing BeYaki’s white fans and some of Britney Spears fans.

But to say BeYaki shut anything down is a lie, she pressured the audience to stand up. The place was quiet for the first couple minutes of her robotic performance singing to a back track. She looks so stupid on stage and just too big and grown to be bopping around half nekked. Grow up BeYaki and learn how to make mature music.

Kanye was kind of strange in a weird way. He looks like he’s drugged.

Rumor is that BeYaki didn’t do the red carpet because she didn’t want Rihanna to show her up. roflmaaaa. why am I not surprised that that could be the truth.

I’m mad I missed Alicia’s performance. And what sucks is I have to wait til I get home cause I can’t watch youtube at work…ugh!

Beyonce is a Beast , love her to pieces That performance was live people!!! get into it., no one else can sing or dance like her and all the while maintain face and body. The is the best period, no one that night came close. Understand Beyonce worked it out and did not need a huge set to do so. The women is AMAZING.

Well the award show was definitely better than VMAs.

Beyonce: definitely the best performance of the night, she brought up the energy level of the show up.Once she made her entrance onto the stage, the audience were already cheering and screaming b4 she even started singing.

Pink to me tore the house down last night. She is most definitely one of the most underrated talent. She didn’t seem as confident performing with Sarah McClachlan though but that’s understandable since it wasn’t her song.

Beyonce looked and sounded great. Had everybody on their feet and she actually had the uphill thing this time. I was dead when I saw the white woman doing the hand movement.

Alicia and Queen would have been great alone, they just didn’t mesh well with KB.

The performances on the show last night overall were just ok. You had some artists that turned up the energy, and gave us a performance..and some fell short. I thought that there were some performers who had to much going on as far as set design, props and dancers etc. and got lost unfortunately. I liked B’s performance, even though she did stumble a couple of times but, still managed to keep up the intensity and energy.

Pink killed it! Love her performance.

Xtina was okay but for the opener they could have picked someone else. I was hoping Pink would open up with “So What”

Bey did her thang. Hated the outfit – to Mama Knowle-ish. But she rocked it.

Mariah was stiff as usual. Sounded great but stiff as hell.

Coldplay was cool.

Kanye was alright.

PCD worked the stage.

Riri looked great – sounded better than normal. Her red carpet dress and shoes was GORGEOUS!!!

I’ve said so much about the performances already (in the other topic)…but…
I think the crowd respected the inspired performances (Pink, Sarah, Alicia) and had a really good time with the upbeat ones (Neyo, Beyonce, PCD, Natasha)…I think the crowd came to party and have fun so they weren’t really into Rihanna’s slower pop thing or even Leona’s performance (although she amped it up and got a healthy response)…
Look at Beyonce next to Mariah and Leona…she should not have been in a leotard. She could have dance in pants as she did at the World Music Awards…she was working hard to push that song to #1…good luck beyond Itunes and the R&B charts, Beyonce.
I love Pink’s tan and she sounded great with Sarah and Sober is a beautiful song…she and her backup singers sounded brilliant!
