I’m so excited that Obama is President. But, I must say this, I’m so sick and tired of people bringing up Martin L.King and the Civil Rights Movement. On the news, the reporters can’t talk about Obama without mentioning MLK and the CRM. This is disrespectful for me to say this, but come on. The CRM, was a prolific time in our lives but this is Obama’s time, not for the same old, blacks were oppressed and yada yada. We get that, but because people from around the world supported this man, and the majority of white Americans voted for him should tell people something. This man has accomplished many things that King and others would have never done, and to keep mentioning Obama and MLK together is irritating. Obama has reached the four corners of the world in places that can’t receive t.v. signals. He’s the one that started from the bottom, he was part of the common man. MLK came from middle class elite background. Obama came from a mother that was on welfare , struggled to support her kids. So, all this comparison is a waste of time, because Obama worked himself from the bottom and lived the life that every working class person can relate to. Obama transcends , Civil Rights Movement. He’s part of the Human Movement.

This is why Black History classes/courses needs to be in schools, because these young men & women out here dont even know that OBAMA is a huge part of the “DREAM” MLK spoke about in his last speech (I HAVE A DREAM speech). 45 years later, Martin L. King predicted November 4th 2008 in his final speech 45 years ago, do you understand this? Martin was assassinated because he drew the same huge crowds like OBAMA so they (white man) killed him because they knew:
1.He had POWER (alot of it)
2.He was college educated/very smart
3. He was capable back then of becoming President

Your HISTORY accounts for your future. They have said OBAMA has a little of Martin, Macolm, Lincoln, Reagan, & even JFK in him. He should, you have to know he has studied each of these individuals in his life time (OBAMA) and he has learned a great deal from each one (were you even listening to his speeches & debates? he mentions these names & even quotes these people). The Ciroc 1 Million Dollar offer
