Alicia Keys arrives at Keep a Child Alive organization’s 5th annual Black Ball at The Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC on Thursday night. Keys, who is the the co-founder and global ambassador for the organization, performed at the event alongside Justin Timberlake.
Other guests included Queen Latifah, Tyra Banks, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, Zoe Kravitz, and global ambassador Iman.

Tyra’s wearing good supportive undergarments. Look at Queen’s picture…just Monday or Tuesday she was spotted in jeans and a tee and looked 30 lbs bigger than she does here. Tyra’s got on a ton of spanx…
I like Alicia’s look on the stage…she’s obviously got a stylist that’s trying to make her look young. It looks like the work of Rachel Zoe too…But we’ll see cause her show is on Bravo and she likes to flaunt her clients. I think Queen looks pretty as well and Zoe is just cool!

Iman looks beautiul and classy as usual … It seems like that woman never ages; her skin is flawless! I don’t care much for Alicia Keys in that metallic outfit – it’s wrinkled and it just doesn’t fit quite right. Plus, her makeup is overkill. I like the white dress/pantsuit on Alicia though. Much better look for her. Queen Latifah looks fabulous – clearly, Jenny Craig is working for her! And I love the shade of blue of her dress. Zoe Kravitz is such a pretty girl, but she always tryin to look poor, broke and homeless. Her outfit here isn’t half bad … at least it looks clean, and it fits her pretty well. Justin TimberFake just looks a mess.
I’m proud that Alicia’s giving back to Africa. We all should be donating to some sort of cause dealing with the Motherland for real….now lemme say this:

Looking for pictures of Jackie Branfield who was one of the activists honoured at the event. It seems as though the grass roots activists who do the work on the ground were ignored by the photographers.
