After stopping by Florida over the weekend – Kevin Liles, Diddy, Mary J. Blige, Jay-Z, and Beyonce all traveled to the streets of Philadelphia, PA yesterday for the “Promote The Vote” block party.
The group of entertainment moguls have been working with the Obama-Biden Promote the Vote team, letting voters know their rights and encouraging everyone to take part in the historic 2008 election on Tuesday.

You know, interesting thought: a coworker of mine said she was undecided because of who Obama was associated with like Rev Wright. She said Obama had to have been an idiot to not know as long as he was a member of that church. But, Obama’s own grandmother has said racist comments and has expressed racist fears because this country’s racism was grounded in “pulpit racism” in which the pulpit was misused and biblical verses misquoted for a personal racist agenda. How many white idiots sat under these preachers that practiced this and shook his hand after and said “you preached a fiery sermon today, preacher!” ? Slavery and segregation and discrimination was based on these sermons in which some believed blacks did not have souls and was created to serve whites and blacks should serve their masters. Personally, I’m not voting for the Democratic party, but Rev Wright was not the founder of pulpit racism and Obama was not a solo individual that accepted it as part of the “normal”sermon and became numb to its rhetoric. Just sayin’
