Speaking about books, on December 15th Mel B will release Totally Fit a three-disc box set exclusively at TotallyFit.com before being launched nationwide across the USA in February of 2009.

Other than that she looks great and I actually like her. I had no idea she was coming out with a book, but I can see why it would be a fitness book because she stays in shape.
That women looks great after having children. She didn’t skip a beat. I am NOW working out and hour and a half to slim down 10-15 lbs by Christmas and honestly, I couldn’t feel better.

She’s in crazy shape! I will def be checking that book out. I’m addicted to the gym! Hang in there, 8! It really pays off. I went from a 12 to a 6 in 2 months, and have never felt better. I look forward to working out.

I really hate that hairstyle…that is like, the whitest hairstyle EVER and it makes her hair look thin. I think hair above anything can make or break an outfit. I don’t see this hair flattering her face or outfit…I HATE IT! When she was scary spice, her hair was MUCH MUCH MUCHOOOOOOO CUTER!
