♫ M$NEY – FUTURE ♫
You may remember this girl from an artist spotlight that we did on her last year. But now M$ney is back on the scene with a new single she premiered on her MySpace page entitled “Future,” which is supposedly written by our good friends at The Clutch.
I’ve always been intrigued by this girl, ever since she debuted on Timbaland’s last album, Shock Value on the Walter Milsap-produced “Fantasy.” It seems that M$ney is gearing up to put the finishing touches on her debut album and much of it will have these pop synth dance sound. So what do you think of the new track from M$ney?

M$ney will be in a recession so she mine as well save up from now. From the first 15 seconds I thought I was hearing a chipmunk-style Keri Hilson joint. Wack.

She sounds like Keri Hilson. Her sound would’ve been more unique if she came out b4 Keri. Everything about it though. It sounds like a Timbo beat and she just sounds like Keri Hilson. I’m sorry.

Yes I loved her on Shock Value. Fantasy is still one of my favorite songs…
However, I’m not sure about her as a solo artist just yet.

Even though recycling is a ‘great’ thing in the industry, the point of recycling is creating something your own. Kind of like from glass colored jars to bathroom tiles.
Money is that chick…she’s a really nice, humble inidividual and her music is hot…she has some songs like Check that Bit&h that are real and honest and she has a look that if promoted the right way then she will do really well.
i always liked M$ney since Timbaland’s “Fantasy” also. This one is pretty decent.

She has Keri Hilson vocal style. She sounds like Michelle William and Yummy Bingham. She dresses like Lil’ Mo mixed with some Shareefa. And beat sounds like a broke down Timbo.
Don’t get me wrong, “Fantasy” was my joint. But I didn’t think she would drop this.
All those high pitch singing type chicks all flopped.
Yummy Bingham, Nicole Wray, Some next chick I can’t remember.
They’re all good, very good. But they just weren’t mainstream successful or marketable.

OMG! I’ve been waiting for this chick to come out for the longest. That “FANTASY” joint off da chain. “FUTURE” is alright, but I was hoping she came out with “CHECK THAT B*TCH”. Her voice reminds me of Prince.
i think that if she was just local talent that this is great.. but if she wants a big spot like b , rhianna or any of the shakers and movers she has to upgrade this sound alittle…
This song would have been better with someone else’s voice. Her vocals aren’t cutting it and she sounds like Mya. A poor man’s Mya at that. And we all know what that means.

Surprisingly I like this! The production is a little too heavy near the middle of the song, but I like chick’s voice and she rides the beat well. I don’t like the spelling of her name..confusing. Good luck to her!

OMG!!! This is the girl that sings Fantasy!!! Fantasy is my shit I play the hell outta that song. But, for the longest time I really thought that Mya sung that song I swear! Had me fooled but, I like this song Future I think its hot! She does sound like a mix of Mya & Keri for real. But, the song is still hot!!! Go M$ney!!!
The song is decent, but she sounds like My & Keri Hilson & the song sounds like “The Way I Am” by Timbaland & Keri Hilson
dang alot of ppl are hating on my girl.. Money iz already my favorite artist of all right now.. Her voice is really unique.. If u haven’t heard her song “Fantasy” u need too.. That’s been my all-time favorite song for the last year. And she has some really cool other songs she hasen’t really released like “Touch” and “Check that B***h.” U can find those on youtube. I can’t wait for her fust album!!!
