Personally, I think that there are too many female artists out there. The labels are all trying to make them have the same style and material. Well at least Keri is not in a girl group because we all know how long they last before attempting to go solo. Wish all the artists the best of luck (Reri, Beyonce, even Keri.)

@13 They really are marketing keri in the wrong way, that’s her biggest problem. She looks like a bootlegged Rihanna, her videos are boring and unoriginal, her music is nothing special. Considering she’s a renowned songwriter, the songs she has been releasing are far from appealing, their not catchy or hearfelt, they’re unrelatable.
She clearly has bags of talent, but her label need to work on her image, sound and completely revamp her. She may be known in the states, but elsewhere people haven’t heard of her.

I really think some of the comments in here are beyond rude for of all. It’s one thing to give an opinion and it’s another to be plain obnoxious.
Keri is a great writer and great with the vocal arrangements. The problem with KEri is that her label don’t know how to market her and she needs to change it up. The reason that her songs seem liek replicas of other artists is because she wrote those songs for them. We have been enjoying her lyrics and style of music for some years now. Now that she is actually bringing out her own music it sounds the same to us. She wrote those songs for those stars and taught them the right way to sing it. What she needs to do now is write in a way that she has never written before for any other artist to seperate herself from previous work. Good Luck to her and I love this song.
@48-That’s exactly what I was thinking. I was just about to type that. It seems like she’s trying to mesh so many styles at once and it’s not looking good or sounding right, well at least to me. I was looking forward to Keri’s album with the songs I heard last year on YouTube, but now I’m just not feeling her work lately. I agree with you, she needs to use her songwriting talent to separate herself from what everybody else doing or the comparisons will never stop and it’ll be harder for people to give her a chance.
