I love Beyonce’s new cd. I kind of understand where she was trying to go with disc 1. She’s not a little girl anymore and needs to start singing about more mature subjects if she wants to continue to grow and stay on the music scene. Her vocals are off the hook. She sounds so goood. I never knew B could sing lke that. I think disc 1 will help people see her as not just the fun, botty-shaking B, but someone with real talent and vocals. All this aside, I have to say I love disc 2. This is the B we know and love. Disc 2 is fun, flirty, confident, and sexy. You can pop the cd in and ride out to every single track on it without skipping tracks. It’s a little something for everyone. My favorite tracks are: Halo (disc 1), In love with my radio, video phone, ego , and single ladies (disc 2). I’d really like to see a video for Video Phone. That one’s HOT!
