Rihanna smiles with Madonna at the dinner reception for the launch of Gucci’s Tattoo Heart Collection benefiting UNICEF on Wednesday night. The young singer is featured in the Gucci campaigns this season for the collection and will appear in a special e-film for the label debuting online next month.

#6 & #10 here we go with all the B comparisons. I just don’t see why people cant accept these two women for who they are as artist. First off, I think Ri is a beautiful girl when she’s dressed and has her makeup done, not saying she’s not pretty w/o it but she’s just more fierce and regal with it. Now as for saying Ri is better than B?? I cannot agree with you there. Beyonce has style (although many may beg to differ but hey, EVERYONE has an OPINION)! Secondly, how can ANYONE say Ri is better than B as an artist because not to diss my girl Ri but WE ALL KNOW Bee will sing Ri under the table on a bad day. Even non Bee fans should be able to humbly admit that. Also, Beyonce is a MUCH better LIVE performer. What you see in Bee’s videos is what you get on stage, no studio singer or extra cameos needed for her to shine on and off the stage. I just don’t get how whenever there’s a post about either of these talented women (in each of their own rights) do the evilness come out in some people. I guess I will just write some of these petty comments off as YOUNG people speaking their minds. I could go on but there is obviously no need to, each ladies work and performances speak for themselves!!

Some people don’t understand Janet Jackson, Madonna and Brittney and countless other people all don’t have singing voice but people still like them. I like Rihanna and she may not sing like Beyonce but that is not what I want to hear. Hell, a whole gang of people can sing Beyonce under the table without the echo’s that she does. Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia, Monica, Jazzmine Sullivan and a whole gang of Gospel singers could beat Beyonce anyday. Not everyone dance’s on stage either. Aretha, En Vogue so don’t go there either.

Rihanna does put out great music. She may not be a deep soul singer, but I like her music its fun catchy and edgy. She has a different style of singing and I think Jay Z knew that, thats why he signed her. Rihanna has fans out there who love and appreciate her so I say go girl and do your thing and let the haters kiss your A**. Oh by the way, she is killing it with her outfits.
