Um, there is nothing unique about Solange. Because her “image” is different than Beyonce doesn’t make her different from other artists out – because she is not. She isn’t doing anything hat hasn’t been done before her – look or music wise.
Beyonce is the BEST thing to happen to Solange because she is riding the hell out of her coatttail. Solange is at major events and get endorsement deals because of Beyonce. Solange is going on tour with her,she is in commercials with her, she is in advertisements with Beyonce.
Solange tries entirely too hard to be this edgy person and it’s so fake.
Solange needs to sit down. She is not even on the level. Who told her she was an artist? lol Come on Solo, I remember when you were a back up dancer on the DC tour lol you are still playing the background because your music sucks. Nice hair though! lol

solagne is such an pretty girl, that makeup is radiant and dramatic it really looks good on her. i like her style it’s unique which makes an artist stand out amongst the others. i enjoy her entire cd really nice tracks!!!!

I really think Solange is one of the most interesting and raw artist out…she does things that most artist wouldn’t do she says things most people in the industry wouldnt..The album is one of thw sest this year you can listen to the album without skiping any songs. my favorites are Cosmic journey, 6′o clock blues, dancing in the dark…just the whole damn thing..but she looks grat as always she’s not scared to take a chance on anything and that’s hot..

Why is she still being posted on CL? I mean seriously. She tries to hard to be different and rebellious, but in the end: who the hell cares. She’s still boring and unimaginative with crappy material. I will admit that, yes she has a good voice- but nothing spectacular.
She needs to get a nose job like Ashlee Simpson did. She looks better but she’s still not as pretty or successful as Jessica. Solo and Ashlee have/had fucked up Gonzo noses.

I am not a fan of either of the Knowles sister, but I feel sorry for Solange because she is definitely the “black sheep” of the family. I mean you rarely see pictures with her mother unlike Bey (who can’t seem to breath without mama under her nose). Heck even her son is seen in pictures without her. At this point she really should drop her name and truly venture into her own game.

Solange looks nice here. Love the blue shoes … they add a nice shot of color to her black ensemble. Solange does seem to be EVERYWHERE these days, doesn’t she. I know she has an album to promote, but it’s bordering on over-exposure. Plus, all of her appearances don’t seem to be increasing her album sales. Might be a good idea for Solange to be a bit more choosy about where she performs/promotes.

Solange is a fraud who would have been long ago called on her posing if it were not for people being taken aback by how different she is – and not from OTHER artists but – from her sister. Beyonce is so superficial that most convince themselves that somebody coming out of that family who seems to have a reasonable grasp on art and artistic expression has to be a good thing. Solange is like Duffy (British artist/fake Amy Winehouse) with illiterate lyrics and a lot of Bobby Trendy thrown into the mix.
