I’m sure in some way or another you and your ancestors “profited” from a handout from the United States government since your people are from Germany. Loss of jobs, loss of breadwinner, stock market decline, natural disasters, etc. have forced people to look to the government for help. You just never know this could happen to you!

if you faced a personal financial disaster and you needed help for your family, would you really care who’s president then, or would you concentrate on getting a needed handout? Be glad you’re in the States because a lot of other countries do not provide any relief whatsoever.

I hope everyone votes, i did early voting, and i’m so glad i got it out of the way. I had to stand in line for 8 hours, but it was worth it. And i’m glad i actually did research on the voting bills and senators as well, so i had some knowledge of those people when voting. Some people just vote straight democrat without even researching the stance of the candidate. This is exciting, one more day to go!

When i went to vote, there were busloads and busloads of elderly people being dropped off to vote. The polling location i went to had a special entrance for them, where they still had to wait cause it was so many of them, but their wait time was about 2 to 3 hours, just like the handicapped.

I also saw alot of young people my age…i never seen that many young people in line. It’s usually middle-aged people out to vote….

Nobody can deny this is an exciting time…….everybody seems to be throwing in their vote.

They are have so many election parties planned in the area i live in, and i heard New York is doing the same thing……one more day yall…
