Here’s a track that Beyonce left off of the deluxe release of I Am… Sasha Fierce, which hits stores on Tuesday. I actually really like this, even though it feels a bit like Christina Milian’s new single, which she premiered recently on MySpace. I think the concepts sort of reflect eachother slightly. But in any event, I’m digging the song. Again, vocally, Beyonce does not disappoint me on this. I’m interested in production notes though. It sounds like another Rico Love joint, if you ask me.

Tank will always remain one of my favorite male R&B crooners. When I heard that he was working on a new album, a follow-up to Sex, Love & Pain, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I was excited. The material that he’s been coming out with since then has been slightly a blur – a lot of it is very similar, but honestly, I just love Tank’s voice. To me, he’s one of the few male vocalists that really conveys emotion through his songs.

Produced by the Co-Stars, and surprising not Tricky Stewart, is the new track from The Dream, “Cringing.” Everything that he seems to do for himself is so Atlanta. I thought we were done leaning with it and rocking with it. Oh well. In any event, I’m hoping that this is just some music from his Love vs. Money sessions, and that this isn’t reflective of the material on his album. I would hate for him to be taking steps backwards, considering that I really though Love/Hate was a pretty impressive effort.
♫ Jamie Foxx – Tell U’r Story (full) – listen
So much Jamie Foxx has been dropping that I haven’t been able to keep up. Unfortunately, nothing really, save the single has been tickling my fancy, but there again, I think it’s missing that Tank touch that I got so much of on the first album. “Tell U’r Story” sounds almost like a leftover Johnta Austin track to me. It’s not anything stellar or that stands out from the rest of the material that I’ve heard the Intuition sessions.
I like the Beyonce track but idk if her album is gonna sell like crazy.
I love Tank he is so sexy to me and he is one of the most slept on singers in the industry.
*Side note* Who is the chick w/ the laptop in the new background pic for the sight? Brian, what happened to that radio thing you used to have on the sight. I liked that idea. What happened to it?

I actually like the beyonce song, especially from a lyrical stand point
wow. this is one of the best songs i’ve heard from her… better than a lot of songs on the album so far. it should have been put on… it would have went perfect with the Wonder Woman movie she’s trying to do… It would have fit in perfect if she put this song out with beautiful nightmare at the same time…. Im feelin it a lot. I hope she puts it on her bonus album or something…. But i dont think it sounds like Christina Millian’s song. Her song is cute, but Bey always puts her stamp on a song…. Can’t no one deny she is one of the best to ever do it…..But 4real tho that song is HOTTT FIYAAA
the lyrics are on point too…. Kudos to who ever wrote it… the beat is Hott too… i wonder who’s the guy singin with her… i kinda like him being in the song…

THAT B SONG IS LOVELY. I LIKE WHEN SHE SINGS IN HER FALSETTO, IT’S BEAUTIFUL. AND I’M DEF LOVING THE TANK SONG, YOUR RIGHT, HE IS ONE ARTIST THAT IS VERY SLEPT ON JUST LIKE TAMIA, JOE. THERE ARE MORE BUT THAT’S JUST TO NAME A FEW!!
I also like B’s new track but it is so reminiscent of One Republic to me. They are trying reeeeal hard to take her completely pop with this album, which I can’t be mad at them for. That would mean a bigger audience..more sells. A wise business move is being played out with this album.

Beyonce needs to pick a music genre and stick to it. This song would have been better if sung by Michelle Williams IMHO.

I really really like the song from Beyonce. I’ve played it about 3 times so far. Something about it. Since I havent heard but two tracks from the album I can’t say. I like “If I were A Boy” and I kinda don’t like “Single Ladies” I guess we’ll see.

I actually like the Dream, Love/Hate was a solid record, with some nice slow jams..but his new music is not good at all. I really hope this is not reflective of what is going to come from him in ’09
