J. Holiday’s album was excellent. It wasn’t ATL snap, and it wasn’t this electro-dance which everyone else tried to shove down our throats, it was real R&B. Unfortunately, music is only good if it’s YT approved.

BTW, this is kinda off topic, but FYI: all of the “different” and “edgy” stuff, from the Pharell and Kanye look, to the bright azz sneakers, isn’t so different now that it’s the black people uniform. The ORIGINAL is NOT about showcasing vocal range but about hopeless and the moments in which you rise from it. I agree her vocals were on point but compared to Snow Patrol… the emotion WAS NOT. Do not hate on Snow Patrol because “Run” was the shit and I love the original for what it is and not what some record producer wants to brag about.

Oh and I agree One Chance has talent but they need to do what J. Holiday might have to do after this next album… FIND A NEW ASTHETIC! J. Holiday bits Marvin in a wonderful way but it’s getting old. I found his new song to sound just like his other ones and a bit boring. One Chance’s problem is they bite ATL’s sound but it sounds so horrible and tacky. Their voices deserve better material. Oh and I wish I could’ve heard B’s bonus but ALL the songs on her new album suck (in my opinion). Either she’s overdoing it w/ the ghetto-tackiness or she’s overdoing it on her ballads.
