Angel, you should definitely see Estelle live if you get a chance. Although she may not be considered hella attractive or anything, she has a dope sense of style and a cool personality. She’s also very talented. I saw her perform with The Roots and GCH in October and she killed it. Chick was funny as hell and got everyone in the crowd dancing. BTW, I enjoy this site. Never really commented but been an avid visitor. Keep it up.

Love Estelle. I can care less about her looks. I care more about the music she produces and it is great. Her album is fiyah and many are sleeping on it, plus she’s great live. No over the top performance needed for her. Only in America has music stooped so low to the point where if your not “pretty” in people’s eyes then your music doesn’t matter. I’m getting a little tired of these comments about how unattractive Estelle is. Newsflash, just because you aren’t white, light skin, or misc. doesn’t mean you are unattractive. Besides the fact that she could take those teeth down a couple of notches (which I think she is doing anyway, because she has braces) I see nothing wrong w/ this young lady at all; certainly nothing to indicate that she is unattractive.
