HOT KICKS: JEREMY SCOTT x ADIDAS / NIKE DUNK HI PREMIUM / NIKE DUNK “HOUNDSTOOTH” / REEBOK FREESTYLE
Monday, December 1, 2008

Innovative designer Jeremy Scott works up some unique and eclectic styles for his Adidas Originals Collaborations. The shoes, which are due to hit stores February 1st, 2009 will include the styles above. Prices for footwear will range in prices of $120 to $250, while the activewear will go from $45 to $450, featuring items for both men & women.

Check this cool new colorway for the Wmns’s Nike Dunk High. The sole is colored with volt green and gray that is mimicked in the laces with the upper featuring a black patent leather toebox, a felt midsection, a gray suede ankle support and a gray leather heel. Word is this shoe will be a limited release soon.

You thought you could just find houndstooth on coats this season? Not with Nike’s Dunk High “Houndstooth” pack shoe featuring the patterned print released this month. Coming in two colorways, your best bet to find these $75 kicks is on ebay, with only a few pairs up for bidding on.

The Reebok “Style Cities” pack released to select Reebok retailers this month, celebrates New York City in its design with inspiration from Police Tape, Street Signs, Places in NYC, and the NY Taxi. Ladies can shop this $85 sneaker online here.

Tacky as hell … I can see every ghetto female, on bus stops, with some knock offs of these things on. Ugh. Besides … With times this hard, why would you WASTE money on these ugly things? Meh … Maybe I’m just being too logical for some folk.

All of those shoes are a hot ass mess with the exception of the houndstooth type. But I wouldn’t rock any of them on any given day of the week. Just not my style.

I don’t like any of these shoes. However, I do like the new Adidas commercial with some celebrities making an appearance. Missy, DMC, David Beckham, Young Jeezy, Russell Simmons, Method Man, Estelle and a few others were featured.

The gold adias are REALLY cute. I might have to cop those. The Reeboks on the other hand look like those cheap ass stretch pants girls used to wear when I was in middle school.
Yuck! lol
