Keyshia was pleading harder than Tom Cruise did in the movie “Jerry McGuire” when the phrase was first coined. Tom was crawling back to his wife, Renée Zellweger with a briefcase full of money…begging her to take him back, because he couldn’t enjoy the success without her.

Hell, “You Complete Me” is the pharse that brought tears to Venessa’s eyes when Kobe Bryant confessed to cheating on her in Denver. I still remember Kobe setting at that press release. “You Complete Me” is the ultimate plea of reliance on someone else.

Let’s face it…depression songs are Keyshia’s mainstay! She can beg and whine better than Kieth Sweat, Gladys Knight, and Gerald Levert put together. I remember how Gerald use to bring Patti to her knees…and you know that ain’t easy!

Anyhow, I’m just jerking yo chain! lol! The song is a hit.

I think her albums are always pretty good, its the singing in front of an audience she needs to work on. And I agree with #14, I hate to see any female with a bunch of tatts, especially on the arm and neck, it just doesnt’ look good.

I’m in love with Keyshia Cole. I feel like she brings that real, gritty, gutta vibe to music. She doesn’t sugar coat her life, and she keeps it real. Yeah her family night be a little crazy, and her spending on them might hurt her in the long run, but think about how she’s opening up her life to the public. Most artist would hide their rough pass, and try to become something they’re not. She’s a true artist that black people can relate too, and people can pick her album and say damn I know what’ she’s talking about.

I love her music. I wonder when her and Mary are gonna do a song together.

I got a chance to hear the track. Sometimes, when an artist have a successful album in their attempt to keep the momentum going, they will immediately go back into the studio and record again. In most attempts, that album is normally rushed and the selection of material is bad. That being said, I think this a prime example. The current single is weak (It time to let TUPAC rest) and this track is lacking something.. The record label formula is to release a strong single first…

i think playa cardz right did better than go girl cause go girl hit number 78 in one week on the charts than fell off.

She is a beautiful young sister - It’s good to see Keyshia Cole mature and evolve…. and she is still working and improving her craft. But like someone said, this CD/project seems rushed. I can understand from a business perspective esp. in the music business - you strike while it’s hot, but these first two singles don’t really do her talent justice.

Wonderful, but i think that Keyshia is shooting herself in the foot by choosing to showcase her hoodrat family to the rest of the world. Have you seen how those people act?
