I don’t believe this Will Balfour thing if it goes to trial he may very well get off on “resonable doubt” if the case was air tight they wouldn’t have waited two months for an official arrest. It seems incompetance holds the reign in the police force in Chicago and the people want answers it’s probably enough circumstantial evidence to go to trail but not enough for a conviction. Give me a break. You mean to tell me that the police had this man in custody since October and now all of a sudden they’re going to charge him, lol. Is it because they have evidence or is it because this is a high profile case that needs a resolution and he’s the easiest one to pin it on? You black people are so damn stupid. This is why you can have so many black men get locked up for crimes that they did not commit. Black people believe everything that they read in the newspaper. Question, what prompted the police to suddenly believe that they have enough of a case against him to just levy charges after a month of (presumed) intense interrogation? Since when do the police take this long to charge a black man with a crime? It took them a month to charge him, so I guess they’ve gotten him to tell them who his “accompices” were, lol? If he did do it, it was at the prompting of Jennifer Hudson herself because she is the backbone of this entire crime. She needed a blood sacrifice to cement the superstardom that the white man is about to lay on her.

The whole Hudson tragedy is puzzling from the beginning. I believe there are more individuals involved with this homicide. And if you ask me this ISa dash for the Police to find someone responsible for this event because the media and community is outrange and want someone’s head for this disaster.

Not saying Balfour is not completely innocent…he is linked to this in some form. But I find it so ironic as someone else pointed out about the time it took for the law to arrest the suspect…two months to charge on a triple homicide when authorizes “supposedly” had the suspect from the beginning of the investigation, the minimal suspects included in this case and the MAJOR lack of details given to the public. Now I under privacy and confidentiality but there is definitely more to this than authorities and others linked are saying…

I agree with CREOLEQUEEN that something about this case is NOT RIGHT! There is a whole lot of gaps, missing information that the public is not hearing. Number 1 is - motive! I believe the worm has yet to turn on this case. My speculation is that something was brewing for months and that this situation was planned out for a while. I definitely think Julia Hudson is the key! Her behavior is very strange. No emotions at all for the lost of her son, mother and brother, as if she was “waiting” for this to happen, like its some type of “relief” for her. What was the reason for the murders, insurance money, paid hit, robbery, what?

Something is just not right in this Hudson tragedy case….I don’t want to point the finger at anyone, but it seems really disturbingly suspicious to me!

I truely believe he is NOT the only one involved in the murder case. Folks are keeping their lips shut and not saying a word. I just don’t believe he did everything by himself…..it just doesn’t add up.

Balfour needs to recieve the death penalty not only for murdering the adults, but mainly for the murder and kidnapping of the child. There needs to be a message to leave the children out of this. His problem was not with the child. I hope he gets the death penalty to drive this message home that if/when a child is killed in domestic disputes and other criminal activity, the crime would carry an almost automatic death sentence. Hopefully, crimes like this in the future will result in the children being left unharmed. In the past, hardened criminals would even leave the children alone for the most part, but that has changed. And I know its done because the child is a witness. But, your heart is just rotten to the core even more so.
