I’m not a Rhianna fan but i do know when she revamped her image everybody started copying her. Now, all of sudden ,everybody is wearing black with the heavy dark eye makeup. It is so obvious who is copying.

When she first came out her image was similar to Beyonce in that it was the generic r&b girl look. Even though Rihanna’s style was generic, her caribean sound helped her to become more mainstream.

T can sing and she’s pretty but her voice isn’t incredible and her looks are generic- (she looks like Amerie).

If she wants to be a star she needs to set herself apart from every other r&b artist out there now, she needs to bring something new to the table. She claimed to be “hood” and said she thought her fans were mainly “hood chicks” I was thinking wtf! Keyshia cole is geared to that audience but is also quite mainstream, thus T is not giving anything that will set her apart. I doubt she will have cross over appeal because she has no idea how to market herself, these pics say it all.

What gets me is that we’ve seen this sh*t already this year from Beyonce. It was wack when B did it, and it’s just pathetic now that Teairra is doing it. It’s not a worry though, she’s not going to make it as a successful singer, especially in this music industry.

@TRU3R3LiGiON you said what i wanted to say. all of these women have been copying each other. riri tried to be a mini-bee before. it didn’t work so her ppl created a new image for her. kelis WAS rocking a short hair cut and black before riri and of course ppl are quick to forget. they latch on to whatever is new. ppl like to join the bandwagon. i think theirra was a better singer than riri and she was much prettier (i mean riri wears makeup at all times. if she was that stunning, she wouldn’t. hell joy bryant goes everywhere w/o makeup b/c she’s that comfortable with her looks). the problem with teairra is that she needs to find her niche. she needs to be better at picking songs. riri seems to be good at that.

No one that famous is original in their style. Rih-am-gonna-jack-your-style-anna is famous in the city for literally going into a store seeing a girl wearing something fly that she put together and then buying the exact same thing.
