Just a couple of days after the release of Brandy’s new album, Human, more material from the studio sessions have leaked. Although this song doesn’t really fit in with the overall direction of the new album, I actually like the sound of this. To me, it really doesn’t sound like Brandy on some parts, but there some runs where it reassures me that, “Yeah, only Brandy…”

Not too long ago, we did a hot or not selection about this new group, Sophia Fresh. Check out this new track, “Elevator Music,” which isn’t as impressive as the Kanye single. The track finds the girls singing in auto-tune. I must admit, from the few songs that I’ve heard from them, I’m a little confused as to what their music direction is. I hope their single with Kanye gets some promo, ’cause it’s not that bad of a song.

Ginuwine is coming back with a new album at the top of next year, and it’s rumored that he’s supposed to be hitting the studio with Timbaland again. I know that Ginuwine can work with the top of producers that he’s working with on songs like this new joint, “Wanna Do,” but I wanna see if he can still hold his own and keep the chemistry that he had with Timbaland all over again.

Last I heard, B5 wasn’t signed to Bad Boy anymore, but I could be wrong. Are the boys working on a follow up to 2007′s Don’t Talk, Just Listen? Honestly, the new song isn’t all that bad, and there are really no boy bands out now that are doing their thing, so many they can find a place in the industry again if the have the right single.

On another note…I LOVE BRANDY!!! I love the album too. But I AM just a little biased. lol. I hope people support her music. She is one of the few artists who actually try to do R&B music halfway right. I’m kinda sick of all this “Pop&B” music. I think she did a good job of keeping it R&B… I do understand you gotta change wit the times. But Some go over board

@4 I agree wtih you, it annoys me that nearly every r&b artists starts of r&b then switches to pop, as if r&b isn’t good enough or something.
Brian needs to proof read his work, “many they can find a place” etc. But Im sure Im not the first to point that out.
And it would be nice if good songs were picked for the music review, I dont mean to sound like a hater but when I first started visitiing CL the music reviews were great! Now I rarely even click on them. Thats just some cricial advice, Im not hating because I love CL.

Yeah, Brian does need to proof read his work. There are a lot of careless mistakes. But I guess he tries his best.
It has been pointed out a few times, though. So I don’t know why they keep happening.
Other than that, I love Concreteloop.com. So I guess a few mistakes won’t hurt anyone.

I agree i’m from the UK and even i know thats no way Brandy.
Shes never sung like that and i think it’s not her tone.
If u hear B-Rocka’s new material, although the songs are mellow for the most part u actually hear the growth and full sound of her vocals.
The runs/riffs & ad-libs are not as advanced as how Brandy would do it..
Sometimes songs get attached to artist names when its not really them and this is one of them & i can understand the mistake abit but NO NO NO. Listen properly & the person who posted it should’ve followed their instinct when originally thought it wasn’t her.
B-Rocka not the only one who can riff and do excellent runs but she’s more or less the best at it in the female game.

There needs to be some expansion of the artists/music picked for the reviews. I mean dag every time I check the list it’s the same people.
Sadly enough, Brandy’s comeback album will flop, and not because she’s a bad artist! She’s a good artist who does meaningful R&B “in my opinion”, but people tend to flock to the Beyonce’s, Rhianna’s, and Ciara’s of this generation and time. They have no intention of hearing good and meaningful music; they like this jingle-bubblegum sounding mess we hear day in and day out on the radio (which I hate)!
That Easy song is not Brandy, but some other artist recording the DEMO for Brandy to possibly have on her album.

I WORK FOR GINUWINES LABEL–i can tell you with one hundred percent certainty that the track you guys just heard was NOT NEW or even close to being new–it may infact be a thousand years old–but what i can tell you is —he has some fire, just finished working with timbaland, what more can i say
