I honestly chose neither at first because I have heard Beyonce’s version and HATE HATE the song. I clicked on Cici’s version out of curiosity expecting a good laugh and she is actually more credible than Beyonce singing this type of song. This type of rapping/singing is actually believable on Cici and doesn’t sound as juvenile or as if she is trying too hard. Every time I hear Diva, I can’t even believe that it made the album. It sounds like something that Beyonce recorded in the studio to release tension and play. So shocked that it made the album and even more so that she is releasing it as a single.
