I am in also… Every one in American need to join together and stand up for something that will benefit all of America child, the reality is teenagers are still dropping out of school at an alarming rate. We need to take care of the future of America. Blacks need to encourage thier children, if the parent cannot read or write they should stop by thier local adult education program to learn. When you set a good example for your children they will follow in your footsteps.

I love how black celebrites are coming together to start a change in our community. Its starts with us. We have to be willing to change all the negative things in our communites and educate the young minds so that in the future we can truely appreciate the changes and greatness that will take place in doing these thins for our community. I am a college student and I volunteer and mentor to african american children. I feel like I can make a small difference by being apart of their lives they can see me getting an education and want to follow in do the same. I am also there to educate them on HIV/AIDs and what other questions they might have. I just feel like if we just start by doing small things like mentoring to young children a change will come.

I’m in. There is no time like the present to help somebody.

I love it when celebrities join forces to do something positive like this and it makes me even more happy when I see nothing but brown faces. I wonder though, how many of these celebrities are actually involved in mentoring though. Just a question.

This is such a beautiful thing and I look up to all these great people especailly Diddy.Being a mentor to young people or anyone is very great.One day I hope to give back to my community and help others realize that they too can make a difference and do great things in this world.

I BET THESE BLACK N*GGERS HAVEN’T CREATED 1000 JOBS FOR BLACK PEOPLE WITH ALL THOSE BILLIONS ENTRUSTED TO THEM. ALL THEY DO IS PARTY, SMOKE DRUGS, AND BEHAVE LIKE IRRESPONSIBLE CHILDREN.
