Look at Usher trying to be relevant again…I don’t know, it’s so hard to tell if a celebrity is promoting a cause to actually promote that cause, or if they are doing it to promote themselves and to further their career, and to stay in the limelight and around the folks that matter…It’s so hard to tell. Volunteerism is very important, imagine the world we would live in if everyone volunteered.

i looooove usher…. that’s my boo!!! anyway… i’ve been volunteering since i was about 15/16….. so for the last 10 years or so i’ve been volunteering…. it makes yoru resume more effective…. it looks good…. people look at you differently when you tell them you volunteer especially when it’s with like the american red cross or some other reputable organizations!!!

It is always good to see “celebs” bringing attention to causes….if it is sincere.

Thats why we in the mess we in now. where was all this in 2006. If more people were responsible for themselves and their families then we would not have to have money to be spent on holding hearings on VOLUNTEERISM.
