I’m up in Chicago right now and I attended Estelle and Solange’s show at the House of Blues on Wednesday night and let’s just say it was definitely the place to be. Solange opened the show playing a short set including some of the crowd favorites, “T.O.N.Y.” and “I DECIDED.” I definitely loved how she mixed Devin The Dude and The Cardigans in with some of her performance tracks. You have to see the show to find out which ones. By the way, she sounded great live and worked the stage like nobody’s business.
Backstage was cool, Solange was preparing while American Idol played in the background. Little Julez was surfing around on the internet and laughing. Popular singer D.A. Wallach from Chester French and DJ Willie Shakes were also backstage waiting on the upcoming show. Everyone was cool and down to earth. Didn’t get to meet the lovely Estelle, but maybe next time. Her set was the truth though! She does not play when it comes to performances.
I also ran into a few Concrete Loop fans and had to show them some love on the site, so make sure to peep all the photos!
Now that I’m reading the comments let me say ANGEL, you’re hair looks great, I’m natural too! I love 21 Maroons so I love what you are rocking, and yes say Hi to the fucking Haters, because you can have an opinion, you don’t have to like everything you see, but when people take the time to come out there mouth and voice disrespect and judgement when they can just keep it to themselves, that is indeed hating, because its not needed, its not called for, its immature……..
So keep doing you, you’re doing GREAT!

That whole concert was great I officially love solange..she’s hilarious..and she was up there getting it..estelle set was awesome too.
Aww, little Daniel Juelz is soooo cute!! I love Estelle and Solange’s music has grown on me. She looks great!! I have no problems with her eye makeup, it’s for the stage. Now if she walked around with it on doing everyday things, like grocery shopping or PTA meetings, then that would be a problem. LOL!
Solange son is so cute. But as far as Solange goes, she looks a hot mess like always. I dont care, she will never be a huger star than her sister.

When have half of you been inside Solanges house and watched her with her son.When have you seen him running around causing trouble. So how can you judge and say he’s spoiled, he isn’t living right. While most of you probably have multiple kids and can barely take care of them yet your sitting on concreteloop judging. Smh get a life.
