It was aight, not better than last year’s show tho. Whitney was still a little woozy in the head, but looked like a milli. I think JHUD should have won for BEST R&B SONG, and not BEST R&B ALBUM. That one belonged to Raphael Saadiq. But I am happy she won regardless. I however wasn’t too fond of her performance. But again, she still is worthty of her earnings. I really liked The Four Tops tribute-stellar! Estelle’s joint was really good. Even Lil’ Wayne had a good set, as well as Stevie Wonder. Adele(Even though that award should have went to Jazmine S.), Katy Perry rocked my world with her performance and her sexy pink gown, and the Al Green & Boyz II Men collabo would have been a whole lot better without Justin, they basically put Boyz II Men as backup singers which was COMPLETELY unfair. Overall, despite some major award upsets, absence of CB and Rhia(hmmmm………I think they are officially broken up if you know what I mean), decent performances, it was a C+ show for me.

J. Hud. brought a tear to my eye with her performance. That girl can SANG, for real! Love how she thanked her family “in heaven” and those still here, in her acceptance speech.
Whitney honestly made me cringe. I think she’s off the crack, but she was definitely on something last night. Maybe one too many drinks before the Grammys? Her presentation reminded me a bit of the late Anna Nicole Smith, which is not a good thing. I hope for Whitney’s sake that it was just an “off” night for her.
“Swagga Like Us” was the best performance of the night. It was cool to see the “Rap Pack” performing together on stage. And I love me some M.I.A.!! (Her song “Paper Planes” is the bizness!) I heard that Grammy night was actually the due date for her baby!
I enjoyed Kanye and Estelle’s performance as well.
