NEW MUSIC: CIARA & JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE – “LOVE & SEX & MAGIC”
Ciara takes a stab at “FutureSex/LoveSongs” and “Sexy Ladies” by Justin Timberlake and in turn, features him on the track. I don’t know, when I heard about this collaboration, I was excited but this definitely left me cold. “Never Ever” had really begun to grow on me, especially with the release of the video.
The new track, “Love & Sex & Magic,” is said to be the next single from Ciara’s third studio album, Fantasy Ride, which drops April 7th. It’s also been reported that the two will shoot a music video for the song tomorrow. I’m sure that the clip will be interesting to watch, because of both of their phenomenal dance skills, but I’ll be sure to keep the TV on mute.

As for the Janet situation Janet herself said on Oprah that Justin tried to reach out to her and help after the situation but she didnt return his calls – so at lease he tried and she threw it back in his face.

i really love this song i tink it is released sometime soon and of course it was supposed to be ‘turntables’ wit chris brown but bcuz of his situation she has to scrap it released this one. i aint gonna lie, but ciara sounds pretty amazing on this track. she better here than on never ever but it is still a cool song.

@ jjj but u ave 2 realized that rihanna’s sexuality song was a sample of prince’s song sexuality in the ’90s i guess and i blame justin 2 sample this song and put it on ciara’s album. but i still love it has some substance and it is totally different from wha ciara normally does.
My problem with Justin Timberlake is this…He desperately wants to be considered an R&B artist so bad..but he simply cannot sing. At least Robin Thicke could sing (studio wise)…and Idk if y’all remember Jon B but at least he could sing. Then he leaves Janet out there to defend herself (halftime situation) and I simply don’t forgive and forget. Trying to appeal to R&B listeners is not jumping on tracks with Ciara and 50 cent and Rihanna and doing a remix with Beyonce for until the end of time(I must agree i was feeling this song but only Beyonce’s part tho)..JT get some singing lessons and stick with what u kno…and u are a POP artist not a R&B artist..

Ciara has the look, dancing ability, but she’s had flop single after flop single…something went wrong in her camp. She either needs a producer behind her, the right song, or a hot video.
If Rihanna’s no talent having ass (ok she’s a great model), can have hit after hit, so can Ciara.
Granted she can’t sing, but neither can Britney Spears, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Rihanna, Beyonce or Keyshia Cole. It’s about image, marketing, and sound effects.

I agree. It seems Ciara has been falling off every since she stopped working with Jazze Phae. I understand wanting to try new things but it should be obvious by now that something is missing. She went from releasing hit after hit when her first album to struggling to find a hit. I also see how she is trying to link up with whoever is hot at the moment, and that’s not working either.
Why is she releasing a new song already anyway? NE hasn’t even been out nothing but a second. It’s doing ok, and I can see it doing better once she starts promoting, which she isn’t doing (and I don’t understand why?). Whoever is handling this project is doing a horrible job.
