In the weekly address, Pres. Barack Obama commends the progress the Senate has made on moving the recovery plan forward, and urged its completion.
Shortly before 11:30 Friday night, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told his colleagues that debate on the plan would continue Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. The Senate is expected to vote on the plan Tuesday.

E.T. caught up with Diddy on Friday and he had this to say:
“I am playing a defense attorney,” Sean tells ET. I always wanted to play a lawyer. It seems like I set up one of my clients to get off one of my other clients who I have been representing for 10 years. He is like a Johnny Cochran. He knows he is smart. He is everybody’s nemesis. I go head-to-head with [David] Caruso].”
