Rihanna does not have to deliver any message true. But we also should not cut Chris any “breaks” or act like Rihanna did something to deserve what she got from Chris Brown. What is important is to help people who are not in the public view who go through these types of things. Rihanna and Chris are both very imature. Well here is my opinion-

1) Careerwise- Since Rihanna has forgiven Chris, it definitely could help his image & get his career back on track. On the other hand with Rihanna, her image is pretty much destroyed. She was portrayed as this tough, empowering woman & the fact that she went back to Chris publically makes her look like a weak duck.Nobody is going to want to hear anymore ‘take a bow’ type songs from her. So in essence, I do believe her forgiving Chris is going to go against her career. Another situation that could happen is the people that sympathized for Rihanna, will turn against both her & Chris and will be fed up with the situation all together and will choose to support neither. I think she will definitely have to redo her image.

2)Relationshipwise- I think that she is definitely setting herself up to get hit in the face again. Especially since she took him back so easily. I think that she should’ve let him take the necessary steps to fix his “issues” first THEN go back to him. I think it wouldve done better on her image & I think she would get more out of the relationship this way..Regardless, if theyre both temperamental - they probably shouldnt be together period but if they choose to be I think they shouldve went about it in a better way so they can restore both careers.

As far as damage control, I still think that it will be awhile before the public will forgive Chris if the public does decide to forgive Chris..Me personally, I am still going to try to support Rihanna because I am a fan but it’s definitely going to be interesting trying to vision her as ‘empowering’ if she continues to try to Milk us with that image.

I know that none of this is my business, however, if this is true, Rihanna needs some sense knocked into her. This is not good for her health, or her image.

Whether they’re back together or not it won’t last. Abusive relationships will end in either one of these two ways:

I understand that a lot of people are upset that Rhianna would get back with Chris, but it seems that they had a mutually compative relationship… that fighting was a regular part of their relationship. It’s just that this time someone else witnessed it and the police got involved and made it all public and criminal.

They are young and may not realize or understand yet that real love doesn’t hurt. That real love doesn’t blow kisses and throw blows at the one that they love. That busting each other in the head and beating blood out of each other, is really NOT part of a loving relationship.

Since daddy supports her decision, and possibly most of her family as well, it’s going to be rather difficult for her to take heed about what strangers who don’t really know her say. It’s really too bad. I know plenty people from the islands who see nothing wrong with a couple beatings including hitting a 3 month old baby.

It is very hard to reason with some of that background. Not all are like that of course.
