But i have seen couples fight and i have seen it get physical (my parents) and both people are ALWAYS GUILTY in a fight it takes two in a domestic beating it is inflicted upon one by another. If rihanna made the first physical move and chris tried to prevent her from doing so repeaditly but accidently hit her a few times intentionally or unitentionally that is a FIGHT and he was using SELF DEFENSE. NOW IF CHRIS STARTED wailing on rihanna punching her continuiously, used force to restrain her, dragged her out the car and continued to hit her even after she was helpless that is a DOMESTIC BEATING and he should be punished. But honestly after observing the picture i notice it had no swollen black eyes, no punctured skin, no swollen cheeks, and no gashes my opinion is they had a fight that got more out of hand then ethier had planned and i will continue to pray for them both. Now only time will tell and we will just have to wait till march 5th to find whether it was a fight (where neither is innocent) or if it was a domestic beating where chris should be punished. POINT BLANK PERIOD.

Well that day my father pushed her she fell into something i don’t remember and she got a bruise on her head she called the cops the cops took my father away and believed every lie my mother spewed finally they released my father after forcing him to pay a fine. Since then i always vowed to never put my hands on anyone especially my spouse b/c just like a man has no right to hit me i have no right to hit him b/c it is human nature that the reaction will not be the one we want if we choose to physically attack or use any type of force on our partners. I kno first hand that there are alway 3sides to a domestic dispute and fight and working at shelter have only open my eyes to that fact even more.

Gee what do I know I am only a double major in psychology and pre med. My ultimate goal is only to be a clinical psychologist and work closely with domestic issues hence the reasons why I do so much community service in shelters and mentor abused teens. We have open discussions about this case in my classes and even in my shelter meetings. I work with men and woman who have been victims and I have visited many in the hospital. Chris Brown has proven his true colours even more, apparently he sweet talked her and she is getting back with him. He is so manipulative, he’s got her alll wrapped around his little finger. It is reallly sad what love will make you do, I feel that her self-esteem is only fuellled when she is with Chris Brown. Why does she want to be this man that has beat her and been unfaithful, also it has been proven he was ready to cheat her, because the women has stepped up and even has the text messages to prove it.

I feel so bad for, she really does look dissapointed with herself and the thing is it isn’t even her fault and alll these chris brown fanatics really need to look at themselves in the mirror and know that Chris Brown would never look at theme twice, they are only hating on rihanna becasue that was the person he chose to be with. The only reason I want this story to die down is so they can handle their business in private bt their celebs so unfortunately, that wont be the case and so I can stop listening to some ppls attitudes arguing about Domestic Violence cos i really cant afford to throw my Mac out the window or educate some ppl’s thoughts.

I find it quite amusing how those who say we should wait until March 5th before we judge cos no ones knows what happened are themselves coming with theories about what happened. That’s true, no one knows what happened in the Lambo or when they got out, but we do know that Rihanna was taken to hospital and Chris was arrested, and released on bail. If he really cared about her rather than saving his own skin, he would’ve stayed with her and foned for help or asked a passer-by at least. That just makes things worse. If it was ’self defense’ as people keep trying to reason, his people would’ve filed it so there would’ve been more responsiblity on both parts. Roll on March 5th for him to express his feelings and justify his actions before the judge.

People are quick to say, ‘but there are females who act crazy and batter their men’ as a way of reasoning with Chris’ actions which is very true and also unnacceptable. Anyone who can’t resolve an issue without resorting to violence everytime needs to assess their behaviour to say the least.
But lets face FACTS of this incident, its Rihanna’s face the world has seen, and not Chris’. If it were his picture, I’d be condoning her behaviour and lack of self control… But its not.

As for his career, *shrugs*.

I am not bitter in the slightest, because it wasnt my significant other that beat me to a pulp until I almost died. All we have at this time is that photo to go buy, and from the looks of it he physically attacked her, which is wrong period, whether they are rich or famous, black or white, what he did was wrong.

Since we have all been speculating so far, some of what is factual is that:

Chris was not at the scene when the cops arrived.
Neither one of the involved parties have made statements surrounding the altercation.
So far, no one else has revealed having witnessed the altercation.

However, we have seen pictures and as they say a picture is worth a thousand words i.e from the perspective of the viewer.

I have seen a picture of Chris’s knuckles all bruised up(don’t know if it is real)
I have seen a picture of Rihanna’s face all bruised up(supposedly a real picture according to the LA Police).

I cannot imagine someone in a fight only smacking the opponent’s face, so I am left to speculate as to where else, on the body, either party may have sustained injuries.

This is all I know so far. Much of what I read from these posts, in my opinion, amounts to nothing more than a ton of cow shit.

Chris should have seeded her up. That would have been better than this mess!! At least we would know they were making love not war. Lmao

Thinking about the pic that surfaced…it would appear that CB put in a lot of work and I can not see him or anyone else being able to do that much damage to ones face from the driver seat in the public in that short span of time, while the paparazzi may be close… where were the bodyguards to stop the fight or “Abuse”. There must have been some sort of accident and her face hit the dashboard. The 2 knots on her head look identical, which could have come from an instant hit to the dashboard… He had to slam the breaks while they were arguing and hitting each other.

so much to speculate.

My only thing is if it were just a car accident, why did he flee the scene? If he was completely and utterly beyond a shadow of a doubt innocent, why would he run?

@ chris. we can speculate and try to recreate situations all day. i can think of a situation to explain why he had to leave. but of course it comes from my imagination and does not make it true.

222, ACtually it doesn’t matter that you haven’t seen a bruise, her friends have and if they need to they will testify in court. She is cooperating with the police. Yes, the picture is police evidence and they were on the scene and found Rihanna looking terribly beaten up and she identified Chris Brown as the person who beat her.
