VIDEOS: JAMIE FOXX FT. T-PAIN – “BLAME IT”

Check this new video from Jamie Foxx for his latest single “Blame It”, featuring T-Pain. The Hype Williams directed video features a number of cameos from folks like Ron Howard, Quincy Jones, Forest Whitaker, Jake Gyllenhaal, Morris Chesnut, Tatyana Ali, and Bill Bellamy.

Interesting ensemble indeed – “Blame It” is the third single off his third studio album Intuition.

Why do ya’ll comment on this website like you know these people?

What is the point of commenting about other peoples’ lives and work? Its gossip and its base and childish.

  2. yea whatever

This is my jam right now! Britney Daniel from the Game is also in this video….y’all left her out.

I have to laugh at Jake Gyllenhall and Ron Howard for sitting amongst all this ridiculous coonery. I know they get a kick out of all these silly black people rolling the red carpet out for them. Are people really supposed to believe that Ron Howard will sit in a black club and drink whatever negroes are drinking, and enjoy himself? What’s even funnier is that black people are impressed with seeing Ron Howard in a rap video, smh. Jamie Foxx is indicative of this mentality amongst modern day 35-50 year old blacks to conduct themselves like children.

  4. yea whatever

@Judah..get a LIFE…the video was fun!!! This is a music video, not real life. In real life, those folks probably ain’t in the club like that, especially Ron Howard Jamie Foxx likes to party, and we know that.

The whole point of motion pictures is to alter perceptions.

I must add that Britney Daniel is a really cute white girl. I used to hate on her because she’s with Kenan Ivory Wayans…but she is really cute..and down to earth (she’s on that show Ruby where she helps her 600 lb friend).

  5. mochamommy

That’s my mf jam!!! The video is nice. I like the fact that it goes along with the song. Alot of the videos out now have nothing to do with the song.Blame it on the A-A-A-Alcohol. Love it!!

  6. slim

–Because it’s a GOSSIP site, genius! You are commenting because????

  10. Mimi

I’m loving it! Only Jamie would think to do something so unexpected. This is my s****!

  11. SweetThang729

    YES LETOYA!!!!! GET IT GIRL

  12. Krazee

Not really understanding why Richie Cunningham was in this video along with BrokeBack Mountain guy and Jason’s Lyric dad!!! Jamie doesn’t even looks as is if he hangs with those dudes. I can see him with Gator, Cedric but those other three??? I also don’t know if I would want to be associated with a song that states “To blame it on the alcohol”. And his sister (the thick chick dancing with the phony pony) to exploit her (I think I read that she was developmentally delayed ) in such a way is just plain wrong!!! I don’t expect such buffoonery from an Oscar winning actor!!! The man needs to act his age, not his shoe size!!!!

  13. Krazee

That is Nuvo that T-Pain is holding. Stuff taste like cough syrup but will get you nice!!! expensive as hell!!!

  14. Sanrio8301

It sounds like Jamie Foxx is in tune with his star player.

  15. SweetThang729

    @#75 OKAY KATT WILLIAMS….lol

  16. JUDAH

    @Yea Whatever

What was fun about it? What was the point of having an uncomfortable looking Jake Gyllenhall and Ron Howard in the video? They stuck out like sore thumbs. Ron Howard looks like he should be investigated for child molestation. Jake Gyllenhall nd Jamie Foxx are probably more likely to leave a club with each other than with a woman. The point of motion pictures is like all other aspects of entertainment in this society, to make life imitate art by putting vain thoughts in the heads of people like yourself. The fact of the matter is that these “artists” are out of ideas, as are these video directors, and it is indicative of the fall of this society. Everything is hackneyed and corny.

cool video! o and judah get that stick outcha bootay. sourpus

  18. brandi web

the video was ok. its a hot song but the video was just ok. i thought it was gonna be hot but it was just ok. i love u jaime but that is the truth.

  19. J.A.

I like the video in the sense of seeing all of these famous actors and such, but they could have been utilized in better ways instead of just posting in the club,a storyline or something.

  20. Focused1

Get it Jamie! I didn’t like this song at first because I got tired of auto tune, I’m still sick of it actually but thissong grew on me. This is a banger and it’ll be a hit for sure. I agree with the 2 psts above, I was expecting the music video to have a story line with all that acting talent a part of the cameo, but who would;ve thought they would see Ron Howard in a R&B music video? That and the other tons of cameos in this still made the video a win.

I think that’s Johnnie Mack in the panda suit. I think he said that would be him a few weeks ago. Foxxhole radio listeners know who I’m talking about. LOL.

  21. Focused1

Oh my fault, it look like it was Jamie in the bear suit.

  22. katwil

    Jake Gyllenhaal is a cutie?
    Morris Chestnut could get it
Ron Howard the kid who played Opie in the Andy Griffith show?? random
Sam Jackson, that is my dude right there.
It seems like a movie with all the actors.

  23. Jazz

SONG IS WACK TO ME, BUT THE VIDEO IS NICE WITH ALL THE CAMEOS. SUCH GREAT ACTORS ALL IN ONE VIDEO. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? LOL.

  24. Kellz

I agree w/ #2! I love me some Jake too lol. He’s been on my crush list since Donnie Darko.

  25. Ms_Gee

LOL! Look at Bill Bellamy’s ass just happy to be there. HAHAHA
I feel kinda awkward about Ron Howard and Forrest Whitaker being in the video tho…was that really necessary? THEY must’ve felt awkward too!

  26. Kellz

Oh and Judah, shut your pompous ass up. I know I’m the last to talk about coming off like a dick because sometimes I do it too but SERIOUSLY… do all that “womp womp womp”-ing on a post about something more SERIOUS. Nig, this is a post about a damn video. BUMP YOUR BRAKES. I understand society is running wild w/ children disguised as adults and the video overdid it w/ the cameos but still… you’re words were a little too harsh for a damn video. Go sip some tea, dude.

  27. ZINA

WE BEEN ON THIS SONG FOR A WHILE….LOVE THE VIDEO..LOOKS LIKE JAMIE GOT HELLA CONNECTS IN HOLLYWOOD.

  28. Quai

i thought it was gon b a movie video wit the actors getn out the car like dat

but…i agree wit Terrance, i would have loved 2 b a part of the vid

lol @ Samuel L Jackson 4 lookn so chill n the vid

  29. Toons

    @ Taji

Most of the artist out right now are talented but unfortunately this is what the record companies are signing on as art. If you guys can’t see it already their sole purpose is to dumb the masses down with this illusion I call nonsense. If it’s not degrading, materialistic, sexual or violent it wont be hot. Im not even going to lie because the song is catchy, but it’s trash. That’s how they reel you in.

    @ yea whatever

You nailed it. Altering perceptions is exactly what videos like this accomplish. When perceptions are altered people start thinking that what they see on tv is in fact reality and start mimicking it, especially when it comes to youth. And that is the target audience for 106 & Park.

  30. InTHeLoop

Thank you everyone that told me that the drink is Nuevo (sp?)

    Yall are so nice :-)

  31. Joja86

Love this song…funny though how Movado “I’m So Special” gets banned from BET because of liq shots…wonder how this will go

  32. soulphlower

Jamie cool… nice club joint but I can’t believe they still swinging glasses and tossing money in the club. I remember why I can’t watch videos no more. Creativity is so limited.

  33. alex

that vocal effect is so damn annoying I had to stop about 15 seconds after he started ‘singing’. i know it’s something about blaming it on the alcohol … doesn’t sound like I’m missing anything

  34. ms_micia

Definitely goes to show the clout that comes with an Oscar. Get it Jamie!!!!!!

  35. JUAN LOS

THE DRINK T- PAIN IS HOLD IS NEUVO. THE SONG IS CRAZY BY THE WAY. MAYBE THE BEST SONG ON THE ALBUM.
