Wow…that’s an ugly dress. I think Alex would look nice in it, but it looks as if a toddler drew a big azz sailboat in the center of a black and white striped dress. I’d be pissed, but they chose to use it as a fashion statement. Katy just looks like a walking ffashion faux pas in whatever she wears. Not a good look.

On Katy, this time, the dress looks too costume-y and is just a tad too short on her. On Alex, she paired it with hosery, pumps and a nice clutch to give it a simple but sweet, easy-going evening look. My vote is for Alex on this one.
