I was listening to KBLX (Bay Area) this morning and one of the listeners had a story about seeing her when she was 12. Her Mom had taken her to a concert out here and she was so excited because she LOVED her some Diana and they share the same birthday. Well Ms Ross called for the kids to come to the stage- the listener went up (she was big for her age) and Ms Ross said in the microphone ‘Naw, honey you are too big- you have to sit back down’. Damn! The listener said she was so embarrassed and hurt that she never looked at her the same. Then another listener who was at the same concert way back when called in and said that she remembered that incident and it was so tacky that she never looked at Diana the same either.
