Monica fans thought that they would get an album from the R&B songstress late last year, after the huge hype of the Peachtree TV show, The Single. But even though she garnered a small bit of attention with the song, “Still Standing,” featuring Ludacris, it failed to gain any steam.

Like she said on the show, if they couldn’t find a single there’s would be no album. I know you are trying to find the right story to write behind Monica’s new record and be as creative with it as you want to, you fall short of doing it.
