This is a sad sad time for our country!! The incident with the cop further solidifies the claims of most black men, who have little to no faith in our justice system…and I wonder what REALLY happened with the young man who killed his sisters…

I can’t believe that police officer! What a complete and absolute prick. The story about the sisters is so hearbreaking, I can’t imagine how the parents must feel to lose three children in such tragic circumstances. Condolences to the family.

Kerby Revelus obviously had mental issues that should have been dealt with a long time ago. Such a horrible situation for that family…

That Oprah school needs a major revamping. I don’t know what you can do about sexual deviancy amongst those girls though….

This story about the murdered children pisses me off. I hate to sound even more negative but…I think the parents’ actions are unbelievable. Those murders could have been prevented.

First, when your teenage-something gets arrested more than once for violent acts, it’s time to either put him in a group home, send him to live with a male relative, or send him away to one of those obedience camps or Jobcorp (jobcorp is free in almost every state in the U.S.). He should not have been living at home! The parents should be partially blamed as well! Now look—he goes off and kills your other children! It is no surpirse!

Second of all, I read on CNN today that the parents are going to bury him with his sisters!! HElll to the naw!! That is an abomination! Where are the parents from…because they certainly don’t seem American to me!! Must be from some other culture!

Lets be reasonable, the boy was not a stranger to the family. He shouldn’t be thrown in a trash can! The parents had that child, and like the others, he should have his burial.

I live in Boston, and when I heard that story my jaw dropped. The world has been mad for quite some time, but it’s incidents like this that still baffle me.

I am saddened by all 3 instances. First, my question is why can’t he be buried with his siblings? I do not condone what he has done, but nor do I condone African American parents disowning their children regardless of what they have done. Although he is deceased, he obviously was a young black man fighting something deep within. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by this. Secondly, yes this is confidential in the sense that children are involved, but to the comment from Oprah’s spokeswoman…everything that glitters ain’t gold…including Oprah!! Last but not least…to the events of Dallas…when is change gon’ really come!! I’m a school teacher and today I had to write a student(white) up for asking another student(black) is she was ready to pick his cotton? Please EDUCATE…enough said!

As for the young man who killed his sisters, that has nothing to do with the economy etc., that was a problem that was overlooked and never dealt with. Someone should have gotten this man help.

When they were iced enough, he just cooked some of them and started eating these on a daily basis until police found him but he killed himself too. I lived in France and there is always crazy story like this there always somebody kidnapped, specially kids or ppl who kill their family and then themselves is usual unfortuantely…

I live in Mass in the Brockton area just a couple of towns over from Milton and I was deeply saddened by what happend to these three beautiful girls just the act of decapitating anyone thus your own flesh in blood is beyond real the little five year old had just celibrated her birthday that Friday a day before she was murdered words can’t even explain how this could of happened My prayers will stay with this family as long as I live and I hope that the surviving nine year old sister gets all the counceling and support she will need so she won’t grow up living in a nightmare for the rest of her life. God give her and family the courage to stay strong now and forever providing them strength when they really are in need of it. Please put your loving angels around them and never let them leave the Revelus family. That story involving the young man is very interesting. I would be interested to hear the family’s backstory as well as if he had any mental issues. He obviously had spiritual ones and a demon jumped in him that instigated that murder. Again though, only the parents can give an accurate background on an issue like this. He certainly received what he deserved which was death, which I believe is what he wanted….or what the demon wanted for him.

Looking at that story on the Oprah school, I’m sure Oprah believes that things are proceeding exactly as planned, lol.

the murder in boston is just wild. yes, i agree that this boy should’ve been sent away, but i’m blaming the parents halfway. why is he 23 and living at home? you know your son has some violent history, even amongst one of his sisters[another one], why are you keeping his ass around? NONE of us know though what was going through his mind and his parents. OBVIOUSLY they wanted to bury THEIR child with them for a reason. It’s still their child, nonetheless.

Something similarly happened to me. My kid was NY staying with my relatives and while playing he fell on his arm and dislocated his shoulder. At the time I was home in a neighboring state when I got the call. The phone call I received made the situation sounded much more worse than it was….lol I was rushing to the hospital, which was like an hour away and got pulled over by the cops. I told him my kid was badly hurt and I needed to get to the hospital. That cracker looked me dead in the eye and said he did not believe me and gave me a ticket.

Though it wasn’t as serious a case as Moats’, I learned a valuable lesson. If you are being pulled over by the cops during a life or death situation, DO NOT STOP!!! Let the cops chase you all the way to the hospital.

Oh, leave Oprah’s school alone, the girls are just curious and are exploring their sexuality. How many women on this site have touched or have been by their female friends “inappropriately?” If they are willing to come forward, y’all would be surprised…lol.

I have no idea what scriptures you’re reading, but you are not the bride of Christ. No woman on earth is, lol. That sounds like that nonsense church teaching again. The bride of Christ are the Israelites, the seedline of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Jeremiah 6:2, Revelation 19:7, Revelation 21:9). I mention this because it is that pro-woman false teaching in the church system that has allowed demons to enter into these young black men who are not being taught who they are and have no knowledge of themselves. SMH…I just cannot wrap my head around the events accounted for in this post. My heart goes out to everyone involved.

I cannot fathom what was going through those little girl’s head as their brother was murdering them. Kerby was very disturbed young man and now we’ll never know the reason for his actions and if we would have been able to help him in any event.

After hearing the the NFL player’s story I’ve tried imagining what I would have done. To think “oh well I would have ignored the police officer and run to my mother-in-law’s room” is understandable but this officer may have shot him in the back or in the leg and we would have had a greater tragedy.

No matter how many times we try to ponder the number of possible outcomes in each of these situations, we cannot change the fact that we can’t bring those women back. I can only pray for the families and this country; that God may change the hearts and minds of the many suffering from whatever cause. That they seek help, come to a place of peace and move forward with their lives.

You know how many people carry guns in the U.S.? There was something deep that we aint even seeing cause we don’t know these people. MF’s calling him by his first name like they knew him? My prayers are with the family of the victims, and I hope the last sister makes a full recovery. The Texas cop needs to be fired, he was repeatedly informed about the situation that the family was facing and he still refused to let Ryan be with his mother-in-law. I hope the case in Massachusetts brings mental health issues for black males to the forefront. In the case of the NFL player, I want to have a human moment and say that the police officer should be slapped with a felony and spend time in jail. But the Christ in me wants to forgive him and hope that one day he will understand the enormity of what he did. When he comes to that knowledge, I’m sure that alone will torment him for the rest of his life. I am just so sad about this, I am holding back tears, but I will probably break down tonight…ugh, Lord, help.

As for the murdered children…Just in shock right now. Some of these comments are so, so unforgiving though. Obviously this young man was tormented. Have any of you experienced the depressing feeling of being just pure ANGRY? Does it feel good? Do you feel better when you are violent or have violent thoughts? If so, seek help I beg. Because when I am angry, really mad, it is the most frustrating feeling in the world, and you just wish and pray that you didn’t let things GET to you. You wish you didn’t feel that way. This young man was tormented, and now he is in hell, and we are happy about that. Like someone above said, a demon was tormenting him and wanted him to die, and look what happened. We must pray for people, if we are true Christians. We have to show people love and understanding, or if we can’t do that yet, turn the other cheek and keep it moving.

I’m a proud South African lady and yeah we appreciate everything that Oprah did for us over here. However what happened at that school is not something that could have happened in Africa only. Everybody knows that at that age teenagers are bound to experiment, and being in a girls only school meant that the acts will take place between girls. Well, I’m from Boston and I knew a lot of people who knew Princesse and the Revelus family, so on behalf of them I know this was a tragedy ,but it needs to be understood that Kerby was a young man who was really friendly and unfortunately he seeked help and never got it. Nobody is to blame, what is done is whats done, but my prayers and condolences go out to the family. So people like #48 and #44, respect the family, its hard enough that they have to deal with this tragedy and their families business put out into the public. I’m shocked that this even ended up on concreteloop.

Sorry, but my child or not, if one of my children purposely killed/decapitated the other ones, I would not be able to even give them a “proper” burial, let alone have a combined service and bury them together. For me, that would be disrespectful to my innocent children.
As parents, we do what we can to teach our children right from wrong and no matter how old they get, if they need us there is that feeling of being obligated to be there to try and help them out, so maybe that’s why he was still living at home…I don’t know… I just know it couldn’t be me.
Some parents don’t know how to give tough love, but if we all had a magic ball and saw what was going to happen tomorrow I’m sure we’d do something different today to try to change the outcome. There have been times where I’ve been blindsided and never saw “it” coming, and in most cases I’m sure people hardly ever see it coming. It’s not until something bad happens that we look at everything in retrospect…then it all seems so obvious. If the child chooses to make ill decisions, it’s not necessarily a result of a parent’s wrongdoing and parents can’t always take the fall for their children’s ill decisions. Again, if it were me, yeah I’d make sure he was buried (or cremated), but I don’t think I’d give it the attention or morn over him as much as I would my other children that were the victims. All we can do is speculate and hope to God we never have to experience anything like that.
