The L.A. County District Attorney charged entertainer CHRIS BROWN with two Felonies on Thursday morning in Los Angeles. The first, assault by means likely to produce bodily harm and second, making criminal threats.
The charging documents name “Robyn F.” (Robyn Fenty is Rihanna’s birth name) as the alleged victim and cited that Rihanna was “reasonably in sustained fear of her safety and the safety of her family.”
A spokesperson for the District Attorney says Brown could face a maximum of four years and eight months in prison.
In related news, FOX 11 in L.A. obtained LAPD detectives notes from a search warrant in the case. As per the notes, Rihanna read a three-page text message on Brown’s phone from a woman. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly tried forcing Rihanna out of the car but couldn’t because she was wearing her seat belt.

In any event, love it or hate it, it’s out and it’s garnered a lot of attention considering that Keri used a couple of lines from different songs. Her debut album, In A Perfect World… hits shelves and online March 24th.
