Serena Williams unveiled her Signature Statement exclusive fashion and accessories collection for HSN (Home Shopping Network) at the Tennis Center during day three of the Sony Ericsson Open on Wednesday, March 25th in Miami, Florida.
“I always want to make a statement, both on and off the court,” said Williams. “One of my dreams has always been to share gorgeous gifts of fashion and luxury with the world. Off the court, my passion is fashion. Signature Statement is my own line of accessories and fashion, complete from jewelry to dresses.”
The collection, retailing between $30 to $100, will include a trendy collection of jewels, handbags, and knitwear. Williams personally describes the accessories as “feminine, classic, statement pieces.” Love her! Such a positive role model!

According to reports, music mogul DAMON DASH has been handed divorce papers from his wife, fashion designer RACHEL ROY. Roy filed a divorce suit in New York’s Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this month, signaling the end of her marriage to the Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder, who she married in Mexico in January 2005.
And it seems Roy, who launched her own women’s fashion line with her husband’s backing, is aware of the hip-hop executive’s financial woes as the divorce is for “non monetary relief”, according to an electronic record of the case obtained by the New York Daily News. Continue Reading »
