After lots of speculation, I found it to be by Japanese designers Undercover – part of their Fall 2008 collection. She wore Pratt’s Skinny Motorcycle Jeans ($228) and Marc Jacobs Aviators ($260), which you can shop online. On her feet were lizard Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps.
