The reality show, which premiered last night, documents the lives of eight diverse 20-somethings, all of whom are recently out of college and looking to succeed in New York’s historic Harlem neighborhood. Perhaps the most popular cast member would be Brooke Crittendon – the exgirlfriend of Kanye West.

Tried to watch the show in between turning back and forth to Ray J (guilty pleasure) and I’m sorry it was lame. Nice try but no cigar. Even the parts that were aimed at being uplifting i.e. father with son, the young dad with his daughter- they were boring and the “acting”/ scenarios were horrible and way too contrived.

I tried to watch it, but it just came off too scripted. ITo be honest BET needs some way better shows, instead of ripping off mtv with every little show. Be creative and stop buying all these old shows. Its nice too see a group of young african-american people do good, but it was boring. I pass, I’d rather watch ray-j kick a groupie off, than this mockery.

I’ve liked her since I read the article of her on the Vibe Vixen (her story is very interesting), as a young attorney I admire her self confident If you don’t think you’re the ISH who else will?
I watched the show and did not hear her mention Kanye by name at all (and only mentioned maybe once or twice by reference) it was the other girl that she has beef with that mentioned Kanye West every two minutes.
I like the full cast I think all the guys are good looking with the exception of the one who was on there with his father.
Oh and I wasn’t mad Brooke told off those ghetto-a$$ flousy on lipstick alley website…Everyone assumed that Kanye broke up with her because of that because he mentioned it in a song…if indeed he broke up with her because of that…then the relationship wasn’t that strong and wouldn’t have lasted anyway.

Brooke and Bridget look incredible here! hope their personalities are just as beautiful as they way they dress. Even tho she doesn’t seem classy, Amber Rose is a very beautiful as well…minus the cigarettes.
I’ll try the show once, even though I HATE what BET has become over the last 15 years and i’m a DEFINITE TVOne fan now.. But i’m a 20-something trying to come up in life too, so i understand.

I actually watched the premier yesterday and that had to be the worst “reality” show I’ve ever seen in my life! It looked so staged and unnatural. I was very confused with how the cast originally came together and how they all knew each other. I felt like the production and editing could’ve been executed better. It just looked as if they were jumping from scene to scene and there was no real transition or plot. Maybe I am looking into it too much, maybe I’m not. Needless to say I was very disappointed. It’s a terrible rip off of the hills and the city (all MTV shows). In short, the premier sucked! lol.
The girls are cute but I’d like to see how they look without all the make up. Natural beauty is much better than only looking bad when you’re all made up.
I thought the show was okay. I did find myself day dreaming during a few scenes and in my opinion the show seemed scripted.

Briana went to my highschool for a while in Seattle. I’m a friendly person and I remember seeing her in the halls every now and then. Usually when I make eye contact with someone I try and smile or be somewhat pleasant. She had a stank attitude. I remember bumping into her in the halls a few times and on occasion flashing a smile and she always had the most stank, “I think I’m the shit!” look. I always remembered her for having such a horrible attitude. Hopefully this show doesn’t make her think she’s the shit and up the stankiness.
However I will say I give props to ALL of the cast for getting their young black and professional on! Keep it up guys. We need more images like you all on television. Muchluck and success to ya!
