Concrete Loop doesn’t need to step their presentation game up. WTF are you talking about have you seen the other blogs? They are by far the best in the presentation game. With the graphics, colors, organization and more. However, those ads are annoying but I know you guys have to pay mad $$$ for those photos and etc so it makes sense.

i do love this website….one of the best….but those pop ups do get really annoying. u hit the button to “skip this ad”…and another one pop up anyway. ya’ll need to do something about that angel! that is aggravating as hell!

Why wouldn’t I? LOL. Concrete Loop is me, it’s my baby. I just like how he put the antenna and satellite in my hair. Makes a lot of sense to me, especially regarding CL. I have to stay ‘CONNECTED’ to maintain this blog. Aww well, can’t please everyone. I just think his art is dope.

lol thank you & yes I saw the upgrades in the pix thats easier but u guys should put back the descriptions on the photos u know when we just put the mousse on a pic without clicking and it tells us the name of the person on it, thx a lot! I cant wait for the new layout! and please Angel let us register too!

Like I said this is my personal opinion, no need to be mad at me! For me its the best blog here because of the positivity (no degradation) and the truthness of their info I could care less about the look actually but I feel like they need to solidify this status with a better & more organized presentation (I wish the main stories could be in the center for example and the ads and links on the sides…), its already cool but I know they can get better, aint nothing wrong with that, to push them to do even better!
If U were talkin about the pic, I said I am a fan of the creativity I love the urban and contemporary touches of his art but the black background with Angel’s pic, it looks sad to me thats all.

it’s creative and would be good for computer wallpaper or a whimsical piece in your home or office but not as a website background…something more professional or celeb-oriented would suit this site..but whatever at least you dig it!

I agree Angel, I like concept with the antenna and satellite on you head. I’m going to submit my picture, hopefully he does one for me. I also agree with #23, its not good for the backgrond but it’s your site and your can put what you want on it, lol.

Yea, I like the background and drawing of Angel as well and I like his illustrations. However, there are several people who contributes to this site and it would have been better if all of them had a drawing done and placed in the background together, but that’s just my opinion.

There really are some idiots on this site, fair enough CL isn’t perfect but it sure as heck is one of the best black blogs out there if not the best).

However I do agree with the person that suggested that the ads need to be reduced, they are just too much. At least get rid of the pop ups or that HBCU thing.

Angel…keep doing what you are doing!…I absolutely love your site, and being an artist myself, I love the creativity you bring to this site and I like the picture art. Some people just don’t understand the appreciation of art…big ups to Damien!…and change is good…you can’t please everyone, so variety, versatility, adaptivity are the key words here of which I see implemented on your site….I prefer “quality over quantity”…your site never reflects negativeness but a bright ray of positiveness on the black community (example: black history spotlights/political coverage/young & upcoming entrepreneurs)…something our culture need to show more love and support of and stop being so quick to degrade entrepreneural drive and efforts of our own….we’ve come so far to be able to express FREEDOM! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
