Chris Brown, 19, pictured in court on Thursday, March 5th in Downtown Los Angeles during his arraignment. Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos did not enter a plea to the two felony assault charges he was hit with early Thursday morning and requested a continuance to April 6th, which the judge granted.
While in open court, the judge told Brown (who has some new found age lines on his forehead) that he was not to, “annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.”
The judge also asked Mark Geragos if there was a “no-contact order” between Brown and Robyn Rihanna Fenty in place, to which Geragos replied, “Miss Fenty does not request such an order.” ( CLICK TO READ THE LAPD DETAILS ABOUT THE INCIDENT )
Rihanna was not present in court, but was represented by her attorney, Donald Etra.

They have all the stuff she said at the beginning of the incident, but for all we know she may say she was upset and over exaggerated or even that she hit him first. Being that I’ve been with an aggresive type who abused his pastg girlfriend though he never hit me. I saw it in him. I know that Rihanna got sense, theres no excuse to play dumb. She raised my mom, and so my mother lost her grandmother, which was like a mom to her at twelve. My great grandmother’s husband always beat up her up, but that last time he took it too far.
