The first time I tried to watch this, I couldn’t. I felt uncomfortable watching it at work, Didn’t want my boss to walk by and think I was watching a porno! It’s very erotic. That’s all I can say. Ciara reminds me of a young Janet Jackson in that she takes risk that involve exposing her sexuality/sexiness. She’s grown, so she can do that. But she probably should have thought about doing that with someone other than Justin Timberlake. Did we forgot how he did Janet?

Wow…the video is lame in its salaciousness. And also, I am suddenly angered by the sexual objectivity of women–particularly black women–perpetuated no longer by MEN bu the WOMEN themselves for the sake of attention. Just like black folks and self-hate due to the brainwashing of them by whites (“good” hair, light skin, light eyes, etc), women are just laying it all out there like pieces of meat without men having to tell them to do so. Sex sells and Ciara–and other artists–are grown women, but they look like damn desperate fools. By thinking that taking off your clothes “empowers” you and makes you “grown” you’ve only internalized the lies lustful, ignorant boys have told women throughout the ages. You’re better than this.

i think the video is too much, NOT IN A GOOD way, they should have stop before the afro wigs. It looks cheap and those outfits are awful! Looks a little played sorta Rhianna ish and Beyonce lite. I think Ciara is very creative but she might have a stripper sex demon. She should class it up. What happen to that girl. The title Fantasy ride sounds very strip club??? what is really going on? IS this the remnants of being dumped by Bow wow for a stripper? or should we say 50 cent.
I like it…a lot but I’m still dissapointed. The beat is hot and very reminiscent of quite a few good songs, so that was cool. The song and Ciara’s voice, actually reminded me of old school Janet.
Anyway, my dissapointment laid in the subtlety of the dancing. I liked the sexiness of the flirting, but at some point I was really waiting for these two to actually DANCE!. They’re two of the best dancers right now, but they did nothing to showcase that. This video would’ve been hotter with a dance routine with the two of them. Sort of like the excitement of seeing Michael and Janet (who were the best dancers at the time) get together for the Scream video. The torch has clearly been passed, yet, they did nothing with it here.

this video is defintely a drastic change from her original stage…i understand that this is the process that ciara’s going through her evolution or whatever and don’t get me wrong i absolutely love ci!! but when her album drops i honestly don’t think she’s gonna get good sells…i dunno where ciara went this is a totally different person!! go girl and never ever were some good little album teasers but this song?? doesn’t really tickle my fancy you know?? its indeed a very sexy video but justin could’ve produced something better!! i know for a fact riri {rihanna} would’ve killed it and it’ll probaby be on it way to number one on the charts….ciara looks good or whatever but that’s just how i feel…
I have never really been a fan of Ciara’s but she lost me after “Goodies”. I think the video is a little over the top but she’s doing it to get buzz over her CD that has been pushed back several times already. I’m not a hater so I wish Ciara the best because I do believe she is much more talented then Rihanna but she didn’t have to go this route for her fans to buy her album.
