Keri is losing me. The beats to her songs be cool but the lyrics be corny and her voice is boring. SOOOOO, Im just one of those fans that will download a single but never a whole album. Ofcourse buying the album is out of the question. i heard like a dozen songs that i hated until I heard Turnin Me On but now that has been remixed to death. Either way, her songs don’t hold my interest. She seem like she is good at making creative videos though.She really seem talented in a variety of music industry stuff but a recording artist isn’t her strongest point right now. I think she need to work on findin her “sound”. That’s it! I figured it out-she need to find her sound because “pop, alternative, r&b with a hint of country” isn’t sounding good on her.

That being said, the song is not a hit, the best parts of the video are the special effects but I don’t think it will be enough to catch MTV ppl’s attention. Even with Ye and Yo, I don’t see thing single doing anything for her.

The song is nice and its good that keri is collaborating with big names like Kanye and Neyo because it will widen her appeal. However her songs don’t showcase her vocals and although having a great voice is no longer a prerequisite to a successful music career, its becoming more important to have a good voice now. I just think Keri’s songs never show off any particularly distinguishable skills. I can’t even tell if she can saang or can just carry a tune. And the hair cut needs to go because from a distance she looks a lot like Rihanna. Americans might not care but if she wants to appeal to an international fanbase then she needs to create her own distinctive look and set her image apart from all the other r&b/black female singers.

Overall the video and song are nice but nothing groundbreaking
