I love the range of emotions she goes through, from melancholy, to excited about her #1 song, to furious at Spider trynna creep with the chick on the bus, to sadness, and finally she moves on and enjoys her success. But the song I had in mind when I saw this set up was Jazmine Sullivan’s One Night Stand….or Switch! It would fit this era perfectly….She needs to get Letoya’s video director for her next single, lol.

She is similar to Ashanti and by that I mean they never disappoint me, even though people be sleeping on them. And I think that is how you become relevant you do not always need the number one album I mean look at the Rolling Stones or Tina Turner, when was the last time anyone of them had a #1 album?

The video reminds me of Solange’s I decided, even if LeToya was inspired by Solange’s video its ok in my book. She did something different than whats out now, and isn’t trying to do what’s “hot” right now and that will set her apart from everyone else.
