I have to be honest I had no idea who Tiziano Ferro was until I googled him, come to find out he is a popular Italian Latin pop singer. Anyway, I wanted to post up his new video, “Breathe Gentle” because it features singer Kelly Rowland on the track.
In related news, back in January, Rowland officially announced in a joint statement with Mathew Knowles, that they were ending their professional relationship, while maintaining her deal with Columbia Records. She will also be co-hosting a Bravo’s upcoming reality series, “The Fashion Show.”

I really like this song. Wow, I never like anything. It’s a good move for Kelly to come our from under Matthew Knowles and to explore creative and interesting ways to jumpstart her career. I would like to say that he always had her (as well as the other girls of DC’s) interest in mind, but it’s sort of clear that he didn’t; I mean, look at who the “stars” are. It’s no coincidence that Bey got the bulk of the solos and a lion’s share of the earnings. Nepotism is a powerful thing.
I like Tiziano’s voice; he sort of sounds like an Italian John Legend.

I think the song would be better if they sang all of it in Italian. Maybe they did and this is just the english version….and then I sorta got the vibe that this might make a good reggae song.

She is a good singer but now that she’s discovering other ventures maybe we’ll see a big change in her style/choice of music.
Oh and also, I think that too many American artist become desperate after failed attempts at success here in the states and should try their luck overseas, build up a following and then come back to America. just a thought.
Kelly in my opinion should have been bigger than you know who by now or at least equal in terms of success. She needed to step out on her own and find herself. I still think she can be bigger, hopefully she recognizes that now. Good look Kelly!

Kelly is a superstar in Europe. This definitely isn’t the first song she has done with a European artist and it won’t be the last. I’m happy to see Kelly branch out and try new things her former bandmates have not yet tampered with.

wow – I really must say, that Kelly has completely revitalized herself and her game with this move. I always thought that she was riding the coat tails of Bey, possibly even lacking that extra luster that I saw Bey so easily displays. But Kelly has completely turned a new leaf, and sets a new bar for Hip Hop Globally.
Lesson learned: When all hell is breaking lose within these esteemed US borders, the best strategy for any business is to go global!!!!

I feel bad for Kelly at times, she has like no credit as a solo artist in the US. It sucks because she really is a good singer, hopefully parting with Matthew she can do a good album with the right producers and such, because he really did give her the bad end of the stick.

Yes, the economy is doing bad, but the euro is still higher than the dollar so she may not be getting any shine in the States, she is still getting paid.
A lot of artist go overseas. I heard that a lot of the old rap artists are doing exceptionally well over there. Good for them. Get on where you get put on is what I say.
The instrumentation sounded a bit like “No One” by Akeys.
They should have recorded the song in Italian, but its good that Kelly has branched out. She’s done a few duets over here in Europe, particularly in France but if she wants to solidify herself as a European artists she definately needs to do more colaborations.
I do however think that Kelly sounds a lot like Bey when she sings, they have really similar voices except for the fact that Kelly is a contralto.
The Italian guy looks like Chuck from Gossip Girls, and the house was massive. Kelly looks stunning in the video and I think by European standards its quite good. Its good that Kelly is branching out and actively workin on building her career- good for her!

im really surprised you dont know him, i know him for about 7 years now and he sounds way better than john legend. in fact he sounds nothing like john in his other songs, he sang lots of songs in french italian spanish and english.

I am a huge Kelly Rowland fan and this video and song is absolutely amazing. Kelly is finally coming into her own and leaving Music World Managment you can see how she has gotten even stronger.
